All subjective. Gunsmoke pretty good. Bonanza would have lasted longer if Blocker doesn't die. Of course then Landon's career would have been different.

2/2/2022: Especially for sending JESUS to redeem my wretched sinful soul by dying on the cross for my sins. In 1973, in my mid teens, HE sent HIS HOLY SPIRIT to convict me of sin and to come to HIM for forgiveness and cleansing. WOW, GOD is so good to me. I am in my 60’s now; I could have NEVER made it this far if it had not been for the LORD on my side, where would I be.
I will thank HIM for all eternity, I will thank HIM for HIS compassion, goodness and mercy toward me. Thank YOU, ABBA for everything.
Will never meet you here, Brother Lloyd, but will see you around the throne. Take care til we meet.👍🏾👍🏽🌺. Aloha & Maranatha from Hawaii. Thank you for the reminder to praise GOD.

This was so intense, I love how Hoss knew when to show up for the two actors that played weak character towards, first destroying the families chicken eggs, then beating on a child. There's always a moral, to shows like Bonanza and the Cartwright's always do the right thing to set an example and make the viewers think. The example here is the stupid, or ignorance of racism, and not understanding that anyone is a friend, and to share ideas and love is a fabulous experience. Great episode.

Oh my I thought I seen my favorite Bonanza but this is one of Micheal Landon's best scripts for this show. Love me some Hos! Ossie Davis was a true classic and this is unfortunately, the same in America today.

Bonanza was a favorite of my father, he watched it religiously. I never saw this episode, I was in the US Army. The producers of the show were obviously addressing the social problems of the U.S. at that time and that still exist today. That's a sad state of affairs. We still have a great deal to accomplish. If not, the problem will destroy us all.
