Several things from this episode I love. At the 1st scene the calf does not move. Guess he was pretty tired. And at the House is the log in the fireplace I want. Its been burning for 6 years and all you have to do is poke it and it comes to life! There are so many Quirks in the show that makes it so much more fun to watch!
Notarobot I commend you for posting your videos without ads. So many others I wish would only do the same. Its not that I mind one or two of them. But when others place an ad every other 3-5 minutes i feel that they are only being greedy. Thank you!
Totally agree! This is the main reason I watch your channel to get my Bonanza fix! The other channels have ads that pop up so suddenly that I feel a jolt...they totally disrupt my concentration and ruin my relaxation! It's so unpleasant! Google could at least place the ads in the natural flow of the videos! Is that asking too much???
One of the best Bonanzas there ever was.. not the typically clear-cut battle of good versus evil.. near the end of the Pernell Roberts run on the show. Haven't seen it to the end yet.. but I already made up my mind about it. Quite the script. Wow. Great ending. Get a man panicky enough.. he traps himself.
I alwas watched this series since I was a kid dubbed in perfect Latino in Puerto Rico by actors/ actresses from Puerto Rico. As a matter of fact most of the over 800 episodes of Bonanza were dubbed in Puerto Rico, some in Mexico and some in Spain where the worst dubbing was done.

Well he ran because he knew that he didn’t kill that poor women but everyone didn’t believe him so he pushed Adam so he can try and get away but he failed at that which I don’t blame him of that was me and everyone didn’t believe me that I didn’t kill that poor women I would try and run to but, if he didn’t try and block the door he would have gotten away

@9:15 the script "What's Up?" was never used in this episode...... Only wonder what or who tampered with the line.... "What's going on?" is/was used for the production...sigh --Mandella Effect here IMHO
This was one of the times I didn't like Adam. I agree they can't go after every potential person for rustling, but they also have the right to defend their property. A lot of contradictory storylines in these old westerns too. One episode the Cartwright's are defending themselves and the next their letting the corrupt law handle things.

He fell over some firewood and ripped a perfect rectangle in his poncho.? Then he gets shot in the back and nobody goes to jail.? Old Roy is about as smart as Barney Fife
