I'm 26 years old.
Colored my hair with a permanent dye in June 2019.
Been natural for almost 7 years since July 2011.
Live on the Westbank of New Orleans, Louisiana.
I have low porosity/high-density natural hair.
2016 was my 4th big chop
I haven't straightened my hair since 2016
I cut my own hair and do my own trims.
Not a licensed cosmetologist and I don't do hair.

I have fine hair the original works real good to keep oil and dirt out while keeping your hair healthy and not completely stripped
I didn't know this shampoo and Conditioner was still on the market? I tried this product years ago when it first came out. It works wonders on my hair. My hair started growing fast and I started wearing my hair out like the white guys do. My hair isn't too bad but it gets frizzy. With this stuff, my hair became curly and shiny. I got a ton of compliments and then I started having a hard time finding it. I thought they discontinued the product. I'm glad to know it's still around. Maybe, I will give it another try. I hope the formula is still the same.

It was very informative..I used to use the mane n tail..but I found something else that works way better
Its by ..Lottabody..they have a whole line of products. For all types of hair..it comes in a blue n white bottle .I've been using it for 3yrs now..I won't use anything else cause my hair loves it. 😍

Thanks for doing this. My hair loves silicones so I've gone back to them. Not having them just causes so much frizz and breakage. Thanks for the video, beautiful crown you've got.

Thanks for the warning. I’ve been seriously considering giving it another try. It’s been 10 Years. It did work well for my hair back at the time, but my hair was a disaster. Just about anything would’ve improved it.
I absolutely hated using it. It made my hair feel like grease central, pulled my hair every time I ran my hands through it, and running hot water through it for over 20 minutes did little to nothing to get it out. And it made my hair shiny and curly, which I hated even more
My mom used to use the original mane n' tail in my jerry curled hair and it grew my hair rapidly. I went natural since 2012 and now, 2020 I've bought the herbal version an i must say my dry scalp is no longer present and I love it! I'm hoping it will grow my hair faster. SO I'm trying it for 2 months and see the benefits

As our hair becomes healthier she requires certain things that certain products can no longer provide.
I never ReAlly cared for Mane and Tail.No slip and dried my hair out.May need to follow up with a moisturizing conditioner
I’ve actually never tried these products! The lather from the shampoo looked nice! I try to stay away from silicones but I have used them here and there in some products, but not consistently. I love this type of video sis! Even though you said your hair felt weird it still looks good to me! 😍😍😍
They sell clarifying shampoo in that line of products... it's supposed to strip of all debri and products.
I use this shampoo once a week and wash my hair alternate days with sulphate free shampoo. IDK about the fact that this shampoo grows hair but i felt this left my hair kinda dry but my scalp felt clean and fresh. Oh btw, the smell is lovely and fresh.
I swore by mane n tail a while ago but now I just grew out of it too. It’s affordable but it doesn’t do anything for my hair

I used Mane n Tail original formula shampoo&conditioner...HORRIBLE to my strands!
I used the deep moisture conditioner (the blue one)...it was slightly above average, for me.
I've decided to stay away from the brand - but who knows what the future holds?

Ypur nails look so cute and I remember my mom using mane and Tail on my hair when i was young I believe she used the garlic line and at that time My hair was permed and it worked very well but i haven't tried it as an adult so idk how it would work now ...

The weirdest thing is that opposite to you, my hair actually felt like all the grease was ripped away! And felt dry... my hair is wavy almost curly dk what to do lol

I’ve been wanting to try this shampoo & conditioner for awhile now so thanks for sharing with us! Please tell me how you use the virgin hair fertilizer because I purchased it but I can’t stand the smell so I only used it once. Do you only use it prior to cleansing your hair?
I swear my mom’s used to use this and I used to also but one thing I doing my research is that it is actually user for real Horses hair it’s human and horse hair products well I’d still use it I suppose okay ttyl ladies enjoy

The deep moisture does..it makes your hair silky after the first wash..
got this and useing it they sent me two sample packs of the herb and grow im gona try it eventuly waiting to see results frist tho my hair is about middle langth trying to fix it and grow longer do not wash every day
I ordered one online but when I check the consistency it is a little but runny, not that viscous compared to what you reviewed. But it smells nice and a little bit greenish. Is anybody experiencing the same? Im afraid to use the shampoo now
It sounds like your bottle had been in the back of a very hot fedex or ups truck 😅 definitely still okay, it happens when the contents inside the bottle get really hot usually from being packaged and in the back of the van, and if you’ve ever seen anything with silicon get warm it never really goes back to the same shape or strength. Hope this was informative :)

That shampoo N conditioner dried out my hair. Sooo much dandruff 😩😩..I don’t recommend this product
