You should do a combo fried chicken video next. Do like kfc, pop eyes, McDonald’s etc
One thing I recommend when putting the chicken back into the oil is to make sure the oil is sizzling hot so it coats/sticks and not just soak in the oil. The flavor profile of doing so is sooo much more flavorful and gives a better texture because it doesn't make the crust soggy.
