So I made your recipe for dinner last Saturday nite. I have a couple things to say about this recipe. While the chicken turned out decent, I suggest adding a teaspoon of salt (or to your liking) to the seasonings or flour mixture to make the flavor pop. Just so happened I had a couple pieces leftover the next day. After warming them up in the oven I sprinkled on a little bit of an all purpose seasoning and felt that was what the flavor was missing. That's just my opinion. Side note: I am the type of woman who very very rarely falls asleep after a meal. But both times I ate your fried chicken wings, I took a nap lol When I make this the next time using one of my favorite all purpose seasoning I will post my results. New subbie
I could tell they needed salt before he fried them based on the seasonings he prepped for us. Most recipes for fried food do not have enough salt for my liking. I recommend adding salt after. Maybe mix a tablespoon of salt with a tablespoon of seasoning mix, then sprinkle that on the chicken when it's done. The other method is to taste the flour to make sure it is salty before using it, but not TOO salty! Cheers!
I realize that he said everything but I was making a suggestion to help him grow like so many other channels. Makes it easier for the end user to grasp and not have to write it down. 😊
