I think the custom color is only if you order at least 20kg of the filament. I could be mistaken though, it wouldn’t be the first time.

eSUN / Inland also has refill spools.
Protopasta lets you do custom colors.

Sunlu PLA+2.0 is now selling on reusable spools too, still cannot find a retailer for the refills yet though but I'm saving spools for when they start. I think they are selling off older PLA and PLA+ as well as other filaments first and they say ABS/ASA will be starting soon too. I think everyone else will do the same eventually but I hope they standardise the spool size first. The Inslogick web site sounds like the Sunlu site referring to the new PLA+2.0 being similarly strong to ABS, even down to the bed temps, maybe they are reselling the Sunlu as their own brand.

From what I can see according to your video you printed both the PLA Pro and PLA Matte from the A1 slot. That would mean that both benchys were printed with the PLA Pro. Probably why they looked identical I would think...

The way I'm reading that you need to order min of 20kg to get your own color

The pantone color I don't believe. I think they can get reasonably close. But the unbelievable part is how close is reasonable. Real pantone would be influenced by things like how much light is reflected. Not saying it won't be close. Just how close is close enough. Worth trying, so you can see for your case.
