For future refference on the Roll's , There is a button by the glovebox where you can choose to raise or retract the ornament.
Also in the iDrive you can raise and lower as well as illuminate the spirit of ecstasy
That M3! 30 Year Anniversary edition and number 1/500!? That is a collector item right there. Someone needs to save it.

They don’t have personalized plaques so they all say 1/500 no mater the actual number that particular car is.
Good video, enjoyed the walk around of wrecked cars. I always enjoy visiting scrap yards with my own tools so i can look for parts i need or want, but i also find scrap yards to be a sad place of broken dreams and cars once loved by somebody.

I've see that when they do clean up after the wreck, the tow driver or cops will just pick up whatever and throw it in the back of the truck

on the Rolls you need to use the screen and go to settings :: Spirit of Ecstasy :: then raise and lower will be options ;)

That inferno orange GS is perfect. Best color along side jet stream. But yes I’d agree GS is best option. Ls3 with the wide body!

If you go into the Rolls-Royce there is a setting to pop the hood ornament. It is to keep people from stealing them when you park them.

That Red Mercedes interior was so awesome, I’m not a Mercedes Benz guy but damn that was bad ass, wish we could see the results of the cars you featured. The Daytona was really cool too. I’m from Dallas and had no idea how many people wreck these awesome cars so often

If you have a jump at the back of a dead b.m.w., hook a neg. to the tailpipe, and use the poss. hooked to a fat cable, place fat wire in license plate light recepticle,,, it unlocks all doors....

I'm pretty sure that the Lamborghini murcielago and the Lamborghini Gallardo use the same Graziano transmission . If that is the case then the only mechanical difference between the E gear and the manual is the E gear has a computer doing what your hand and foot would do in the manual . The actual transmission case and internals are the exact same on both systems .

On the cadillac, that is a xts-v sport. I have a 14 XTS V-sport premium. Twin turbo v6. 410 horsepower. All wheel drive. Great daily driver. The v-sports are not necessarily a V like the cts, or ATS. Still a super nice car.
How about the transaxel bearings and housing in a hi like that??
I just wish if I could only get one of those cool cars all those cars looks great and nothing too hard to fix ..it looks lil tuff to see such good cool cars left like that ... anyways it's a video to see 👍👍👍

That blue hellcat is tempting
The XTS-V car is actually pretty rare. They made those and CTS-V sports, the CTS was kind of the test car. It's an LF3, Twin Turbo V6, XTS made around 400, CTS made around 420, and the ATS-V which had an LF4 engine (Almost the same as an LF3 with some different internals and slightly bigger turbos) had around 470. If you guys are ever curious, I have a CTS-V sport and live right across the bay, I wouldn't mind driving over to show it and most likely pick up something I saw on your site for my other car. They only made around 4000 of them from 2014 until 2019. The XTS-V cars I've only ever seen about 1 in the wild, I have seen one other CTS as well.

That AMG I could totally repair it myself!!! Dang I wish I had the funds to snag it up!! For the front bumper you can just go aftermarket, OEM would not be cheap, but that car is very fixable!

That scat pack prob has a lot of work done. Seats are either recovered or hellcat seats since they’re leather and not alcantara and they put all the srt stuff in the interior

You’ll find random stuff in the bed of trucks because the employees will throw the stuff that’s on the ground in them. I buy from a local auction and the trucks I’ve bought always have random crap in the bed

I think in the olden days a company called Lojack welded a steel box to the frame with the "homing device" inside. Lojack at the time was THE answer for stealing expensive cars.
Im the salvage yard I like how delicately you raise and lower hoods on these cars and when you had to crawl in you were very careful, and when there was plastic on the windows/doors you didn't just pull it off to start the car. But you do if you felt you would actually be bidding on that car. It is a treat to see another human actually care about other humans' property.

Speaking of Boxster and Cayman, and you making a comment about how you were starting to love the older Porsches, there's a lot of upgrades you can do to make the olde ones "newer" again. Example is my '86 911 RestoMod-Outlaw which got a brake upgrade kit from Elephant Racing in Calif.: 2000 Boxster calipers (4 pistons vs 2 and about 1/2 again larger than stock) .oversized brake reservoir, master cylinder, 930 rotors, etc

If any vehicle is damaged especially rear quarter panels they write them off here in uk and I’ve brought a Mercedes sl 2000 model with 60,900 miles unmarked body and runs like new only damage was rear bumper no internal damage
And paid £2,200 pounds and best deal ever comes with glass hardtop that alone sells for over £2k rare with the glass roof
The bumpers and side skirts on the Murcielago is a Liberty Walk body kit.
I saw that once I got back to the hotel and started doing some research!
I can’t tell if it’s a good thing or bad thing with the value of OEM spec Murcielago these days
@@scraplifegarage actually, you can buy the entire Liberty Walk body kit for around the price of an LP640 factory front bumper. That Murcielago is a 1st gen but the kit gives it an LP640 look.
Front frame costs around $10,000. The most expensive parts will be the frame and the headlights. A stock LP640 front bumper is around $17,000 but the Liberty Walk one is around $5,000.
