i fixed it. all you have to do is delete the cec file. watch this entire video to know its directories -- and no, deleting it won't affect your tomodachi life data, it'll just disable the streetpass. aaanndd you should be fine by then!

It's explained in video, but I can explain it for you here: Inside CEC, there are multiple folders, which are 8 digit. They represent the last 8 digits of Game ID. If these digits match, then the StreetPass can be used in that game.

Open Emulator menu, then enter cheats menu. It's Similiar to Citra MMJ.
