I’ve just received my Niod copper amino isolate serum. So of an evening I use that first then numbuzin number 5 and then Geek & Gorgeous A Game (also recommended by you 🙂) I do use an essence to start with. Is it ok to use those 3 together? I wasn’t sure if I should move Numbuzin no 5 to my morning routine when I use Geek & Gorgeous vitamin c (also your recommendation 🙂) I would really appreciate it if you could let me know your thoughts. Love Niod Cail too, always makes such a difference to my skin. But yes always stock up when they have 16:26 a deal on. I tend to alternate geek and gorgeous retinal and cail but interesting to see how you use the other products in the same routine.

I have been scouring ur videos trying to find the one where you suggested adding 3 Ordinary products to a thicker moisturizer + another video. I haven’t found so am just writing to ask for clarification. The products are: 1) Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate 20% in Vit F, 2) Alpha Arbutin 2% +HA, 3) Amino Acids + B5, and 4) Pycnogenol 5% Can you tell me how to layer these and which 3 you suggested to add to a thicker moisturizer?? This is super informative. Thank you so much as I have been eyeing that NIOD product. I currently use Ole Henriksen Strength Trainer at night. So, just to clarify, based on what you said about high strength antioxidants, I wouldn't derive much benefit from peptides in my routine because I use 15% ascorbic acid in the morning and 0.05% tretinoin at night. Is that correct? Is there a work-around at all that you might suggest, please?
How would you incorporate Copper Peptides in an evening routine with Tret without diminishing the efficacy of it? Or would it best best to only use the Copper peptides on days not using tret?

Hi hun, I dont think there is an issue but some advise against it as the tret can impact the performance of the copper peptides.. I would apply the peptides first and allow them to sink in fully for 10 mins before putting the tret on.. sending love x

Hi hun, I would follow a similar routine to the one shown in this video.. if you want to stick with the ordinary then I would go for their glycolipid cleanser to start, copper peptides then their granactive retinoid emulsion and the vitamin c shown.. I hope this helps x

If the copper peptides are encapsulated then you can use anything alongside them.. if they are not then everything is fine except vitamin c and low PH exfoliators.. love x
Is the Copper Amino Isolate Lipid 1 % (CAIL) better than the Copper Amino Isolate Serum 3 1:1 (CAIS3) or they about the same "strength"? It's a bit hard to tell with NIOD and the ordinary because they never put instructions on how much to use.
I know it's super annoying but it's not sold out in all countries.. unfortunately it depends where in the world you are as to whether it's available.. I wish they would hurry up and make more lol
Theres isnt a filter - some people always want to 'call out' any creator for using a filter even when there isnt one.. Now there is good lighting lol but thats so people can see what's going on lol but thats it :)... thanks so much for watching and sending you lots of love x

If the copper peptides are encapsulated then you can use anything alongside them.. if they are not then everything is fine except vitamin c and low PH exfoliators.. love x

Is the Copper Amino Isolate Lipid 1 % (CAIL) better than the Copper Amino Isolate Serum 3 1:1 (CAIS3) or they about the same "strength"? It's a bit hard to tell with NIOD and the ordinary because they never put instructions on how much to use.
