Didn't realize you had some new wheels for on the road use now too, 4Runner looks like a sweet rig for out west with it's camping setup. You and the new Ripmo looked right at home at Spirit Mountain, 29ers are ideal for the chunkier tech trails. Had a great time riding with you and showing you all the new changes here since you were last here two years ago and I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of the footage from this day at Spirit, there's always some crashes or close calls here!

Good call on the 4 runner, that thing is gonna take you on some fun journeys. 😂 @ Ripping through the tape. You had a great guide in Andrew, I had a pretty humbling ride down Spirit with him earlier this summer, he has it all pretty mapped out and mostly checked off it seems. Dude’s becoming the north shore local real quick despite just moving up there not too long ago.

Finally got to watch this. 😊. Whats a day pass cost at spirit? I think im good enough for most of the trails there at a reduced speed 😅.

Hey man, I have a new amazing Duluth trail for you TH-camrs to ride. It’s called Parts Vermilion. It’s a black/double black diamond! It’s in the area between Hartley and the western side of Morningside trail. The shortcut to get there would be to park on Vermilion road, take Downer trail to the intersection with Parts Vermilion and Downer. Ride the trail clockwise. It’s a loop that runs through beautiful a forest area can be ridden either way. It’s .6 miles around, but it seems like five miles! You can session it multiple times. You’ll probably have the trail to yourself. I rode Hawk Ridge, Morningside, Downer and Parts Vermilion and then back, but it was a ten mile, tough ride. I have never taken this trail before, but it’s worth the effort to get there. It’s a combination of some of the best features on DM, BOB, Stone Age, and Split Rock Wilds. There is a slightly elevated double black skinny through the ferns over a gully, a double black very steep, mossy, no run in rock roll down with a huck at the end that goes into a tight right hand berm, two double black ladder bridge gap jumps, and many numerous rocky technical climbs and descents scattered throughout. It’s one hell of a workout!! Trailforks doesn’t really do it justice, but it was a blast!

What tire psi were you running for this?

Can't speak for Evan but I pump tires up to 26 psi front and 30 psi rear for riding at Spirit. I consider 30 psi to be the minimum rear tire pressure to run here on the rockier tech trails like Anvil, Greenman, Rocky Roady. This place destroys wheels!
