- Duluth, Minnesota is home to a vastly growing number of mountain bike trails. To many, these trails are so much more than paths through the woods. Trail City shows the transformation that has brought mountain biking to the area and the people who ride the trails. Told through five different perspectives, this documentary aims to highlight recent trail building in Duluth. But it is much more than that, Duluth has been going through a period of growth over the last few decades. Accelerated by passionate people, these are the builders, bikers, and believers of the growing biking and outdoor recreation scene in Duluth, MN.

Uh, so like, that was one of the coolest video's ever. Who else wants to go and grab a pbr and a gnarly old hat, and go mountain biking?
I just moved here from the cities. I have always been afraid to ride a bike, as the drivers down there are absolutely nuts.
However, this video was inspiring to me. I would LOVE to use a bike in this fashion rather than up and down streets, sharing with cars. What an adventure! Thank you so much for making this video!

Damn that was a good video. Great shooting, editing. Beautiful footage and inspirational to watch. I am stoked to go see what Duluth has to offer. Hopefully I will get to shred with a bunch of cool people and be a part of the MTB family up north.

Living the dream brother. I wish i could just get payed to dig trails for a living, like backpack in and camp for a couple days to rely slam the trail out and build some amazing things. I love adventures and blazing new trails, you said it so good man.
I'm just glad I have access to land and freedom to do as I please. Trying to start a season where I live.

Ben Schoenbauer I know spirit mountain was featured, specifically the "calculated risk" run. I believe piedmont was in there as well.
