I get your point, I was saying the exact same thing the other day but as with all real estate you're paying for location. There's 2 bedroom Appartments on park avenue in New York going for $3 million and the same goes for Chelsea in London
@@TheNestormilic indeed, that island is so exclusive once its fully developed 80% of the price will be pure location premium. Its overpriced for me but im sure theres plenty of multi millionaires ready to pay $2m for a 2 bedroom there.
