I love Dubai so much, that I try and travel there every 3 or 4 months. While I live in Los Angeles, Dubai by far, is the most beautiful city in the world, and I've traveled to more then 40 countries and countless cities worldwide. Beware thou May-September gets HOT. October through March is quite nice and pleasant.

I got super lucky and stayed in a Huge Airbnb apartment on the 82nd floor of the princess tower for £130 per night. (It's the tallest tower you can see in this video at 3:24 with the dome on top) It was a new listing and shortly after we booked they realised that they had drastically under priced the place and the price went up to as much as £700 per night. I remember looking down at a fireworks display one night, was so amazing.

Dubai bypassed Singapore in attracting visitors and investors. The vision that set for Dubai proved it met goals and exceeded them. I doubt if any other city can apply the same foundations and have the same success.
most citys dont have to tho. barcelona only has 4 million less tourists per year and dont have to spend billions on new development per year to do so. those 4 million people dont pay enough to recoup even a sliver of that cost.

@@sublita Supposedly lots of Americans live there permanently. It's a 9 hour time difference from the USA so you must feel really sluggish and messed up for a little while. But yes without a doubt an amazing city lol

Great video! We were in Dubai a few months ago (see our travelvlog) and loved its luxury. We slept in the Burj Al Arab, went VIP to the top of the Burj Khalifa, rented a yacht in the Marina and dined in Michelin Star restaurants. When we revisit Dubai next June we will make sure to add a few of your recommendations to that list!
