Asian public school will always have uniform. Those with no uniform usually private school. Also east Asian will have different kind of clothing than other parts of Asia is because they have different seasons. I'm southeast Asian btw

Even as a foreigner I could tell from Ahyul and Gayul they look very Korean. Nothing you find in either Japan or China.
