I like the looks of the new Prius, but it still come down to how it feels to drive, and it still have that spoiler right in the middle of the back window. My sister and brother in law have an older Prius I drove once, and I was not fond of how it felt to drive, but is nice as a passenger. I could definitely use the good fuel economy for my 60 mile round trip to work.
People who say the Prius is ugly is just like when a bunch of people call that girl ugly is married to a beef cake. And the ones who call her ugly are still single.

battery on my 2010 prius still going strong after 11 years and 180,000 miles. But all batteries die eventually and when it does I have found I can replace it for under 2000 if i buy the new battery and install it myself.
But does it still have that annoying lag when you hit the "gas" pedal (need a new term for gas pedal, power lever??) Also, BMW i8 is a must, please do!

Light years ahead of our prior '15 two...an almost perfect car, except for ground clearance off road and steep driveways...5.1 inches is not a lot of leeway. Thanks. PS...the mpg is as advertised, just sensitive to road friction, such as rain on surface.

Well here in Croatia we have a taxi service that is called "Eko Taxi" (not misspelled ,Eko=Eco in Croatian) all the taxi cabs are Priuses. They are damn great as cabs , lots of space compared to other cars , eco friendly and the best part is that you dont have to own it after the ride ahhahahahha jk plz dont kill me.
He said the car is cheap on maintenance..ah no it's not. As crazy as it sounds no Prius is cheap on maintenance, not even the older models. Like any hybrid and or all electric vehicle they are very costly to maintain and keep running. Especially when you're hybrid or all electric motor starts to go bad. This is one of the things that automakers don't tell buyers.
So you are not sure why you would want to drive with your highbeams on all the time... have you really never left your city???? If it is dark outside and there aren't any streetlamps it's nice to see the road that is more than 20m ahead of you!
