Loved that her costume was fitting for her skill and not her age in a little tutu like costume. She was truly amazing for a child. The smile with the missing tooth just shows how young she really is ...probably in first grade!

It’s not a guarantee. My mom used to teach figure skating. Not all skaters are able to transition through puberty into adolescence and adulthood. The changes in body mass, build, etc affects every part of skating. Not all skaters, regardless of how good they were when young, can recover and adapt. They can’t jump, they can’t spin, etc because the gravitational forces change.
Aww, it is so much fun to watch kiddos at this age! Tatiana, I hope you keep loving what you do and have the opportunity to pursue all the things that interest you as you move through life.

I think the recipe for an excellent ice-skating performer is all about Balance. This little girl had that and I just finished watching a five-year-old Russian girl who performed just as beautifully.
At 6 I was so proud of myself for keeping the balls in the parachute for gym class. This little girl is incredible! Her blowing kisses at the end is adorable! She has it all!
Haaa what a ham! She's a spin master already, super balancing, nice controlled spins with excellent posture. Incredibly sure-footed and stable for such a little person :)

Wonderful! What a focused, dynamic, expressive performance of a difficult routine--she is an artist! And I loved the sweet smile at the end! Kudos to her costume designer too, the flashes of red from the gloves and flower really emphasized her movements!
