This is not a cake, but whatever it is tastes fine I guess. Don’t make this expecting a fluffy cake at the end. The use of almond flour makes this recipe a heavy gooey pulp.

Exactly!! And besides i dont see the point of separating the yolks and egg whites when the end result is a heavy cake! That step was just pointless!
