Magic Mountain could really benefit from an Intamin Zac-Spin.
They don't have a Green Lantern themed ride so they could go with that as well.

It would be even better if they would put weights on the trains to make it feel unique and possibly more fun. Not to mention, there aren’t many intamin zac spins in the world so it would be a unique ride. With la ronde getting vipere, it’s obvious that six flags likes these rides. The GP would also think very highly of it.

I feel like a lot of Six Flags parks could benefit with a Eurofighter or a Raptor for that compact intensity experience. That being said, please don't turn Wonder Woman into the next coaster to get copy and pasted all over the country. Give us different themes and layouts.

Errr, Six Flags won't work with Gerstlauer since the incident on New Texas Giant. A raptor would be the most likely option.

In Great Adventure, nothing has ever taken the space of Rolling Thunder, a dueling woodie, ever since it was demolished. A dueling launcher like West Coast Racers would be a sweet fit.

Zacheroni probably not, but RMC’s are fairly cheap in comparison to other models. I’d say maybe RMC Comet but it’s a good ride the way it is imo
Zacheroni I mean I personally do. I consider Great Adventure to be my Home Park, but Great Escape and New England are both around 2 hours from me. Plus they have an on-site hotel with a indoor water park. It’s not really a coaster enthusiasts park but there’s still fun to be had

I've always said St. Louis should get a raptor back where their shoot the chutes ride was. It barely runs and it would be a hit with public. Great video as always!

As a person who had st louis as their home park for nearly ten years, I can say with confidence that they should ditch ninja and put a raptor on that plot of land. It’s big enough, they can do it, it would have been perfect, but st louis was one of their neglected parks, so we ain’t getting anything like that for years.

btw they did absolutely no track work on it this off season, so when i rode it on opening weekend it was rough as ever but i still love it

I mean El Toro I think is pretty darn close to an rmc considering it's airtime. And I think a multilauch would fill a void.
All of us people who live in New Jersey would love a ground up RMC but I don’t see it happening. I think the premier rides coaster is much more likely.
My home park is SFNE and I 100% agree with you, we need a launch coaster. The moment Six Flags revealed Maxx Force I thought “they should make this in New England.”
I have long thought that Great America needs a modern, substantially long standout coaster, and my conclusion has always been a giga, as unlikely as that would be. The park is full of good rides, but there are none that give you that "wow" factor like X2 or El Toro.
Also, here's to Frontier City actually getting noticed by Six Flags' corporate overlords and getting an RMC raptor. Just hang in there a little longer, Chris! You'll make it through this!
Since Raging Bull needed to get a height waiver to go 200 feet, I can't imagine a giga coaster coming to Great America (unfortunately), but something like a Mack or Intamin mega coaster would be pretty ballin.

SFGAm is my home park.
It is unfortunately subject to a height limit because of a local airport.
Any structure over 200 feet needs a zoning clearance from the city of Gurnee.
Also, Hearsay is that Great America upper management feel burned by both Intamin and Vekoma.
That being said, I'd like to see a very intense S&S Megalooper like Steel Curtain fit somewhere in the park.

RMC Eagle would also work with a focus on airtime.

My home park has a 60ft height limit, no exceptions but it does have a great infinity coaster and an amazing B and M invert

I speaking for Great Adventure since it was my home park for years, it needs another wooden coaster that isn't the most intense in the world. Something casuals and enthusiasts could both enjoy.
And if you RMC anything at St. Louis, it should be screamin eagle.
Perhaps Great Adventure could use a Gravity Group family wooden coaster. From what I've seen and heard of them, they're a lot of fun despite being small and fairly tame.

Thanks for the Upstate NY sympathy! I think I went to Great Escape for the first time back in like 1990. My crazy Uncle and I rode the salad spinner/stick to the wall thing like 4 times in a row. I puked in a garbage can, and then went on another ride like 20 mins later. Good memories!

As soon as I saw you suggestion of an S&S launch coaster for LaRonde, I knew this was gonna be a great video. As someone who was born in Montreal and raised around it, LaRonde's a good park, but as basically anyone who knows about the other Six Flags parks would think, this one could use some improvements, and that ride suggestion sounds awesome.
You've made some of my favorite videos on TH-cam ever, but this might be my all-time favorite! The editing made this video so awesome!

Darien Lake had the ride of steel first. I feel like titan track the predator, add a bigger launch, and I'd love to see a raptor and maybe a flyer type family coaster. Also some existing rides could use some love in the paint department.
I feel like St. Louis is a one or two coasters away from a very deep lineup for the Midwest
We could definitely use a hyper in our lineup. If Six Flags can't afford a B&M, I wonder if S&S could cover it.

As a MM park goer, I don’t see the appeal of scream. Literally the least unique and thrilling coaster at the park. Gold rusher is legitimately more fun.

For the former Six Flags park of Elitch Gardens, I'm creating a new category: A roller coaster that doesn't hurt. That's the biggest hole in their lineup.
Elitch Gardens be like “Maybe if we regularly close all the coasters people will forget how painful they are and will just be glad they’re finally open.”

Frontier City could use either a Gravity Group Family Woodie, RES Roller Ball, or a Zamperla Twister Coaster. Since Frontier City only has one true family coaster, SF corporate will most likely add another. All 3 of these options can fit in the plot of land where their Go-Karts once were.

Also: growing up we used to vacation at Lake George NY and always went to Great Escape (was not six flags yet). It was a nice little family park at the time. My adult kids and I went to Lake George just pre-Covid and went to six flags because we have passes. Spent exactly 1 hour, went on 3 rides and left. Glad I didn’t have to pay anything. This park has the potential to be beautiful. With the tourism in upstate NY it also has the potential to be successful. Six Flags please update this park!!

Eh, I'm not sure a Mack launch would work well at SFOT. I mean we're kinda sorta getting a Mack launch with Aquaman next year. If SF didn't fight with Gerstlauer, I'd say an Infinity would've been perfect. Relocated Scream would work well too (assuming it is smoothed out).

I agree that was unnecessary. I had a season pass last year and had a time on every visit. The staff really upped their game too.
@@RY30DM It's all about expectations, if you go in expecting Magic Mountain, yeah, you're going to be disappointed. But the time I was there was pretty good. The mobile order worked (which it didn't a couple months later at Great Adventure, so there's that), lines were manageable, Batwing is significantly better than Nighthawk, Superman is a quality hyper coaster, and I didn't encounter the snarky staff I've heard from others there. Maybe before they opened for 2020 they focused on getting the staff to be more polite.
I could also see some (smaller) parks going with vekoma to get a quality launch or multi looper, if they get a firestorm, bermuda blitz, or shockwave, it could even be a standout coaster

I was just saying the other day that all SF-STL needs is a B&M hyper, and Boom! Well rounded park that could finally call themselves the "Coaster Capitol of Missouri" with an once of legitimacy. Maybe some titan track on The Boss so they can turn down the dang trims so it doesn't have to crawl through its second half. (Bring back the double helix finale-titan track the whole helix)
Perhaps some Titan Track and Millennium Flyers are in order.

Did you hear about Magic Mountain reopening? Me and my family are going to go when it opens. Just in case you didn’t know it opens 4/1-4/3 and they say that they really would like to open on those dates so they can get some people in the parks.

Yes. Put something like West Coasters Racers right where Green Lantern currently sits at Great Adventure. The seats make grown men sing soprano after riding, not to mention the head-banging.
Being from Upstate NY, I’m glad to see the recommendation of a Raptor at Great Escape. I’ve been saying it for years!
Those are my exact thoughts about Roar and Wild One. I love riding the Wild One.
I also wish (for SFA) they would do more with the kid section, i.e. add some big kid rides (8-12 y/o range).
