    Thanks, Paul, excellent video. I'm using all your video to help my Thai students because you speak slowly and clearly. Everyone can understand you well.     Hi Ivan,
    Sure, I can give you a coupe of examples:
    She was being rude to the customers, so the manager fired her. ("was being" is "be" in the past continuous tense connecting the subject "she" with the adjective "rude.")
    The students were being very helpful to the teacher yesterday.
    He wasn't being very considerate to the other moviegoers when he talked on his cell phone during the movie.

    Is "must" a modal? If so, then "must be" for obligations and "must have been" for presumptions should be also included in that highly educational video. Thank you, teacher Paul. 👍
