Hi, are will and be going to different? I was taught that will means it must happen. For example, if I say I will drop by on you tomorrow that means I must do it tomorrow. However, if I say I am going to drop by on you tomorrow that means I haven't made up my mind, not decide yet. Is that so? I heard different sayings and being so confused.
