Cant member from the video, but what weight is your bow ~ pulling at? I just bought some of these and i'm at around 55lbs on mine, and not sure if i should crank it up to 70 and resight in
@@ruttinstruttinoutdoors2770 dangit...lol...a 10 point got me about 2 years ago...I had bowed a 7 pointer, had gotten down to start tracking went to my arrow and there stood a 10....blew twice, stomped and ran off...LOL....Never had him on camera anywhere on the property. Good luck with your season!
Not sure what you consider quartering to me but he wasn't. The shot couldn't have been too terrible because it cut his heart. Thanks for the concern though.
It was a quartering to shot no doubt - but pretty rude to just talk smack about a man harvesting a good buck. Once you made the shot my first thought was dead deer.. though the shot was about 6-8” back. Where the arrow went in would have been perfect for a broadside. When quartering to just move the pin over to the front/left side of that shoulder and it’ll be ideal. Either way good deer, and acceptable shot placement. Congratulations and bless you sir.
Hell yeah buddy that’s a beautiful buck great job
Thanks 👍
Nice deer, congratulations ! Did you do an "autopsy" on it when you gutted it ?
Yes sir. Clipped his heart and thank you!
Look at the size of that hole! I shoot the OG Montecs. Been really curious about these Megameats. I've never shot mechanicals though.
They fly great! Switched straight from a field point to them and they hit the same spot. I think you'd really like them. Good luck this season!
Anyone have a recommendation for a good range finder that works well and not to expensive?

@@derrickbaker9245 I'm pulling 67lbs
Smallest blood trail I've ever seen from a Mega Meat
@@jasontedesco3154 especially from the size of the hole. Thanks for watching....Good luck this season.
Nice buck....What I want to know is, was that a buck or a doe that blew at you when you were checking your arrow? Share man....share!! LOL.....
@@adublbeatz8656 it was the 8 point that was in front. Thanks for watching!

@@adublbeatz8656 you as well!!
Pretty much a doe cause a doe will sit there & blow , a buck might blow one time & then gone
The deer was quartering to you. Terrible shot
