I'm so happy to hear that! It's harder to do than it seems. Did you watch this video about abstract painting yet? th-cam.com/video/JE3z40zorEo/w-d-xo.html&lc=UgwZCBCDLTVaTNxT_-N4AaABAg

Thank you. Did you have a hard time finding places that have an off cut? I've called about 4 stores and they all say they don't have one.

Good question! You need to go to an auto glass/mirror store and ask them to cut it for you to size. Sorry if that was confusing!

@@andreacermanskipainting Thanks! I didn't think of going to auto because I figured they would all be curved. I was calling what looked to be non-auto glass stores.

@@pattyyung Sure thing. They will cut any size you want. Let me know if it works out:)

Couldn't you just gesso the back side of the glass and put a clear coat on it then stick tape the edges? This way I could wash without worrying about the cardboard

You could, but the cardboard also serves the purpose of cushioning the glass to keep it from breaking easily. So you'd have to be super careful with the palette if you wanted to do it that way. Let me know if you end up trying it out.
