Just a small nitpick that I picked up on during the guide's explanation of the difference between Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples. It's true that Torii gates are mostly associated with Shinto shrines. However, Buddhist temples can also have Torii gates at their entrances.
The most famous example being Shitennō-ji in Osaka, which is regarded as being the first and oldest Buddhist temple within Japan (established 593).
Along with having Japan's oldest stone Torii gate (Built in 1294) that replaced a much earlier wooden Torii gate.

    This is a wonderful video.
but I cant help wonder... of all the old old beautiful izakaiya and other older food shops.
why did they only show the shops that opened recently ?
its almost like a commercial agreement.
I've lived here 8 years, I've worked in Kamimaezu for 4 years. Osu Kannon is literally an entire neighborhood full of shops. its a beautiful wonderful place full of kind people, and fun drunk people later in the evenings... full of old shops with great snacks.
We got to see the brand new Pop Up trash tbh.
Just look at the Menu sign boards. brand new looking lit up Cheap Pop up store-esque
i love the travel guide theme.
but lets not pretend like we know who invented rice ball with chunk of meat.
aside from that. Those new pop up shops are delicious. I can confirm.
