    Does it require a longer supercharger belt? My stock belt doesnt fit after this spacer

    That's a tidy HP gain for a bolt on option.

    so that was just a back to back pull the spacers and it gained that much?

      Yes you can also find loads of independent reviews, dyno results, track results, thermal imaging and data logs here: fiinterchillers.com/hellcat-spacer-plates-reviews-and-results/

      @@ForcedInductionInterchillers i’ve been doing a lot of research and i’m aware of the thermal capabilities with separation of the blower and your thermal blanket stuff just surprised that with that small of a runner length increase they pick up that much, hats off to you guys

      @@BOOSTEDLUCKEY whilst the runner will have an effect that it not what the plates are fixing. The factory intake gaskets leak boost into your crank case, this causes several issues. 1 that air should be going into combustion. 2 that pressure in the crank case will make it harder for the pistons to drive down the bore 3. it causes increased oil blow by 4 the plates allow the blower to run colder. 5 the intercoolers run colder 6. the intake air temps are colder 7 the IAT sensor resolution is more accurate. So there is quite a few issues being resolved and we are sure you would rather your boosted air going into combustion and not your crankcase!

    Question of the day: interchiller or spacer - do any of those void the entire Trackhawk warranty or just the modified parts ?

    • @ForcedInductionInterchillers
      @ForcedInductionInterchillers  5 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      We can't make a direct statement of "yes you will not void your warranty".
      However what we can tell you is, some OEM's have recognised our parts do not and cannot hurt your engine, in such they have in the past fitted parts pre delivery and given customers in writing that it will not void new car warranty other than to the AC system with the chiller.
      In regards to the spacer plates, in very simple terms we are replacing some poorly designed gaskets with thicker better gaskets that also reject heat.
      Both modifications can be removed very easily, the chiller is not making the car do anything it cannot already do you simply need to be in the colder conditions to achieve the same result.

      Forced Induction Interchillers Thanks for being honest . Who is your preferred installer in Melbourne ?

    • @ForcedInductionInterchillers
      @ForcedInductionInterchillers  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There are many installers in VIC that can handle the install for you.

    Would I need to Retune my Hellcat after adding this part.

    • @ForcedInductionInterchillers
      @ForcedInductionInterchillers  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you are leaking significant boost from the leaking factory intake gasket then yes you will. Obviously you want to fix that issue so even if a tune is needed it's still a good thing and will only be a minor adjustment in your tune. If it is on the stock tune then it will be fine the OEM calibration will not be leaking boost from when it was first made, but after a few miles it will be leaking boost, so you are essentially taking it back to the original boost level before the stock gaskets breached and leaked your boost out.

      most people do not need a new belt if you do it will only be a half size increase

    • @ForcedInductionInterchillers

      no modifications made to the tune, OST had already tuned the car we bolted the plates on and did a back to back run on the same day within a couple of hours of both runs
