Tim Newton, is the most humblest drummer i've seen. He knows very well How to play for Praise and Worship songs. I've even learned a few beats and ways to play the drum by seeing these videos. Overplaying was always my problem since I started playing the drums, but now i'm starting to learn to be a better drummer. Attitude, on the other hand is also important for any musician.
Don's videos have helped me so much. I'm a drummer at my church, and there's a constant battle between a member of the band who believe I need to put in fills everywhere and play loud and break the set. But the crowd hates loud drums, so much so, people come into our service with earplugs. I'm the drummer in the church who believes, I shouldn't insert my self into the worship and take the glory, but I play for our ethnic service. As for the English service, the young boys that play in the service, they make it unbearable for people to stay in the sanctuary, so much so that people go outside the sanctuary for that segment. Some people in the choir in the Ethnic service wanted me to play like those young boys, but most of the church does not. Thank you Tim for letting me know the most important thing is to lock in the groove, not the fills, that's helped me a lot last week in the service. I appreciate the advice.

It takes a great drummer to be better than no drummer. Tim is a great drummer
Great, love his humble spirit
Thanks for watching, Victor! Blessings!
Thanks sir for reminding me this is a big deal for me.
Awesome
Give the Drummer some... great point
Can somebody please tell me the drummer’s name for LET YOUR GLORY FALL album. I so love that drummer. Too busy, too tight. I can’t explain it.
I Hope this guys wasn't real in this video...
He is... and it is a fact. Professional drummers keep it simple according to how it should be played for the song.
