- How to make a Two Wheel Drive ( 2WD ) Electric Fat Bike 1000W - 6 Seats - 40km/h - Long Electric Bike.
I Am Using:
- 2 x Fat Wheel 48V 500W Motor hub for Electric bike
- 2 x 48V 800W brushless controller
- 48v 25Ah Battery
- Electric Bike Throttle Speed Controller
- 2 x Motorcycle Shock absorber
- 2 x Brake Disc For Bike
- 6 x Bicycle Saddle, 6 x Bike handlebar
- 1 x Pair of Bicycle Brake lever
- 2 x L4x Led Light
- 2 x 12v Motorcycle Horn
- Steel pipe 40x80mm, 40x40mm.....

for serving 6 small size people/kids this bicycle can hold as we can see.
Now let 6 obese Sumo wrestlers that weight 180kg each sit in a row (total mass will exceed 1 ton altogether) and the bicycle would break apart 😳😆.
Yet I would say it was a good craftmanship, he grows little by little 👍🛠
@@ronen124 yes that is why i said good thing he still made it work but if i'll be puttin my family oh those seats i will still put a better braking system for that build you never know and yes i know they are not moving that quick so his brake will be enough for that speed.

And when it will hit a vehicle then all 6 will die or get injured terribly. Clearly not a brilliant idea. If it was 6 bicycles then 5 of them would have been saved
If they all die, they a discount at the funeral parlor! If injured, they also a family discount at the hospital.
The wiring and the cable for the break should have been wrapped through the internal frame

personally i would have used 2 controllers with 2 batteries and a spliced throttle but this is still quite a great build
