This guy is great. I saw an earlier video of his, making a simpler kart. It taught me that all I needed was a welder, a metal cutter, a toolbox of standard tools, some fixings and a pile of bits off ebay. So that's what I did, for not much money and now I'm making similar things, with no training. I get irritated by these armchair critics - if you don't like it then make a better video. And all these people who question how much stuff he has - it's called enthusiasm. If you're into something, you beg borrow and blag parts over a long period of time. I've got a garage full that cost me peanuts.
You can also choose different materials and assembly techniques to suit your skills and interest, so you don't need to use steel. Don't forget that cars have been built using wooden frames, plywood and even glass-fibre shells without any steel chassis. In this day we see carbon-fibre used as the whole structure, and that's quite an easy material to work with. All these materials can be drilled easily to bolt on suspension components. Think of boat building, they don't weld a frame there, the structure is all composite. It might be far easier for you than equiping yourself with welding and steel bending gear.

Great job. A nice upgrade might be installing all the electronics in a waterproof enclosure so it wont get ruined in wet or muddy conditions.

I suggest to make a roof and doors. I say that because, you did things way way above that level. So I hope you maybe able to make those as well.

Also, you can fit Bluetooth speakers, tail lights and indicators if you can.
Still, it is the best go cart ever. That also made handmade by just a single person!!!!

Really nice one... but if you build it with lighter bicycle tires and make the body more aerodynamic it will be really good.
Bicycle tires are garbage. They're weak, they get no traction, and can't withstand any sort of impact. Terrible idea.

Ficou muito bom. Mas vocês esqueceu de colocar uma cinta para travar as baterias no chassis para não cair na rua e o comando de setas direita e esquerda. O para-brisa pode ser de acrílico. Mas o restante é só indo melhorar.

Sir please make a list of items, you use on your project where link to where you get them from.
I see you do the electrical work, yet you don't conform to any colour rules usually associated with wiring instead use random wires to connect. Show us the wiring connections (which is connected to which part), if shown us this information would give us better understanding.
Your using mobile or something else for speedo meter, may be since your spending a lot of money on the projects, get some sort of speed meters..just a thought.
