New HVAC Blower Motor Assembly from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ia/1AHCX00109
This video shows how to install a new TRQ blower motor in your 2004-2009 Toyota Prius. The blower motor, and typically integrated fan, is responsible for blowing the heated or cooled air from your heat or AC system into the cabin of your vehicle. A fan could become noisy if it is broken, or could stop spinning all together.
This process should be similar on the following vehicles:
    2004 Toyota Prius
    2005 Toyota Prius
    2006 Toyota Prius
    2007 Toyota Prius
    2008 Toyota Prius
    2009 Toyota Prius
    Tools you will need:

I replaced it using this video! I got stuck at that wire that needs to be disconnected from the blower motor for a while. There’s a tab that needs to be pushed in in order for it to be released. I bought a replacement blower motor that used an external connection rather than the internal connection shown in this video. It should’ve easier to replace in the future if I need to. Glad it all worked out 💪

I pulled the blower motor fan down. Cut the ac on just to see. Motor works great when inverteted. Very strong. But when i turn it upwards it quits? Sad...nothing wrong with this blower motor...just wont run when its right side up? Gotta be a fix for that?

I'm wondering the same thing at the other commenter: What are the reasons one would replace the blower motor?

Is this the reason that my AC is not blowing cool air
