Omg so fun!!!! I am about to do the same thing and shop my closet to see how many fall trends I already have 🍁 I loved all of your looks and I think when you watch the video back you will see even more combinations, like the green leather skirt and green suede jacket as an unconventional “suit” or the birthday boots with your 501s and green jacket or cozy sweater! ❤️ happy autumn dressing!!! Also your vintage Kelly could go so well with the summer dress outfit and a plain longsleeve instead of the peasant top
Loved this video! You could try the green suede jacket with the monochrome green leather skirt outfit. It might surprise you! I really liked your final choice of rings - and also the dangling decorations on your slouchy bag. Needless to say, your Hermès bag is the pinnacle of style 👍 I have always loved the color burgundy...for anything: clothing and accessories. Best wishes and greetings from Germany 😊
I love these! especially the outfits done on the fly! the rings were super cute. some of the combos were a bit too Phoebe Buffay but the final product was awesome. also throwback to your lost ring adventure :')
Less is more with bag charms. I wear them all the time but keep it classy (silver charms I no longer use attached to a key ring from Amazon) and small, e.g. vintage 50p coins made into a charm. Or I attach art/animal brooches/pins to my Levi's denim tote bags
When I saw the little green suede jacket on the rack, I thought you were going to were it with the monochrome green cashmere top and the green leather skirt 😅
Enjoyed this video. I don't really follow trends but I enjoy seeing them. I have a brown suede bag that I'm excited to wear this fall. You're green boots are everything's and that Kelly bag oh my ❤dreamy
@@stacyb6461 I kind of have a love hate relationship with trends! On one hand I find it entertaining to watch and on the other hand I hate that creates such a big culture of overconsumption 😟 but yay! Brown suede is so stunning and definitely a “trendy piece” this fall 🥰
Loved the suede bag charms E/W top handle elevated basics and preppy style Styles … so psyched for this season to style and get the most cost per wear 😅
I love suede too, the olive jacket fits you perfectly, I like olive/khaki paired with mid-grey. I recently bought a similar jacket in a light brown from Massimo Dutti using their promo code. I also love suede boots and bags. Another suede jacket I bought recently - invested in - is a vintage look 70s brown suede jacket, cropped (I'm petite) from Zara, but it sold out immediately and is not on their website anymore. When I see something I like, I buy it immediately before it sells out, you can always return it if it doesn't suit.
@@rlavelleSLP thank you!! And that’s good to know! I once heard a consignor say vintage is anything older than 10 years and I just took her word for it 😅
@@sabsstyle_ from 40 to 110 years old is vintage, from 111 and older is antique. Younger than 40 years is simply nothing important, just old clothes in someone's closet. In Europe and particularly in France, most dealers don't call anything younger than 60 years old "Vintage", until today. If you pay attention to the vintage style bloggers, they don't bother at all with any decade later than the 1960, even the American bloggers. The reason is not only than the fashion was not not elegant during the 70s and 80s, but also that there are many people born during the 60s, who were teenagers during the 70s and they are alive today, at 62, 63. You cannot sell them the style of their youth as "vintage". "Nostalgic", maybe, but not vintage. They are not dead and forgotten, they are still very active, working full time and interested in fashion. I hope that my comment which is long, covers the matter fully.
