2. EaseMyTrip Standard Charted Credit Card.
3. Tata Neo Plus HDFC Credit Card.

I have pnb rupay international platinum debit card which told me I have 2 international lounge access. I really don’t know how to use it. Do I have to use through priority pass/ loungekey or direct swiping in Bangkok? Kindly help me out.
Not sure but you need to check on pnb website. What is process to check. I've one but for that I need to generate pass. So u need to find out

Kotak white card is also free with lounge access, pnb visa platinum life time free, 2 lounge access per quarter without any condition, (only one transaction per quarter) icici make my trip is also life time free with lounge access

I don't think so but.. the primary benefit is noatter which country you are it give you almost similar rate so u can save money.. now for lounge they increase monthly spending
