Great to see you back out in the ash. Clearly you are now a long way from Wales Ed! Get back out there and try digging deeper. You might be digging through old spoil. Looks a very promising spot though 👍👍😉
Hey Chris, yes, almost completely the other side of the country 😂 I don't think it goes any deeper, I have a theory though, there is a gate to the field right next to it and I think they dug out a track to the field and piled it up there and that's why old stuff is right on the top. I am going back today for another look so hopefully be a few more nice bits there 👍
Wow! Really good to see you back in your element! Your bottle finds are what got us to follow you. We enjoyed the metal detecting since that had button finds but love to see the old bottles and items from the dirt. Looking forward to more videos like this one. Thanks! Suzy
Woo hoo!!! 🥳🎉🎊🎇🎆 Ed the Badger is BACK! 🤣🤣 Really quirky finds, too. That's great. 🥰😁 I loved the tall clear bottle with the indented sides. 😍The cleaned up sicky looks lovely with the lights inside. 🤩 I'm also a sucker for white stoneware, so I love the little cream bottle too. 😍 I know you're getting some unusually hot weather (for England), so don't kill yourself trying to keep us entertained. 💦🥵 See you next time, whatever you decide to do. 😊😘🤗💖👍👋
Hey Noralee, is that a nickname for me?? 😂😂 I really enjoyed my dig, it is cooler today so I am going to head back and see what else is there for me, hopefully next week will be a great video 😁👍
I've been watching ur channel since the bottle digging and got hooked. But also love the metal detecting as well. Was starting to miss u to be honest 😊❤
Amazing thanks so much! I have moved house about 3 times around the country so it is nice to find a dump where I am now and everything will all be new to me 😁
It's great to see you digging again! I'd love it if you showed detecting and digging videos, as long as you enjoy doing both. That last bottle was great! Too bad it was the sickest of all. That said, I don't really mind sick bottles too much either though - especially if they are iridescent.
Some sick bottles respond really well to a rinse and a wipe over the outside with baby oil - others don't. However baby oil is cheap so it's always worth a try, especially if it's a favourite item.
I sure missed your bottle digging videos. But to be fair I’ve missed your channel period. Hopefully your able to do more bottle digging videos. Dirty secrets of Scotland has put his bottle digging on pause and detecting for months now. They started a living on sky life channel so I’m elated your back and back digging for really cool finds.❤
Awww yissss . . . You wore a hat! 😅 Back in the dirt is fine with me! 🦡 Badger INDEED! . . . Love me a pickle, but what could that decorative, broken glass thingie have been?!🤔 NEVER boring, Ed⛏️
Brilliant dig! Great to see names l know so well. I was born in Royston and worked in Histon for a while. Lived in Cambridgeshire for the Ist 20 yrs of my life. Cheers, John. (PS: more bottle digs please).
Here in the states they cut down the old embossed bottles for drinking glasses or shot glasses or double shot glasses. They should list it as unusual but highly usable shot glass etc. lol lol❤
Love it Ed! I hadn’t spotted you did bottle digging mate. I’ve always fancied it but my missus would hit the roof if I started bringing tons of bottles home too!! A great watch mate…love the old embossed ones!
Cheers mate, it is a lot of fun but hard work. I only have 1 shelf in the house with bottles, the rest have been banished to the man shed 😂😂 the do take up a lot more space than a few crusty coppers 😂
Brilliant mate love the videos. Took the jump and got into bottle digging 2 months ago.. different from my river hunting and metaldetecting but very rewarding 💚💪💪
Great to see you back bottle digging..more please!
Oh go on then 😂 I am excited to get back there again 😬

Thanks Suzy, it is a bit cooler today so just about to head back there and see if there is any more treasure 🤞
Nothing like a bottle dig to brighten the day. Thank you sir.
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
good dig mate lovely bullet stopper not dug one of those in years now
Cheers Tom, how is the detecting going? We have done a bit of role reversal 😂
Greetings from the USA…Glad you are back to digging!!
Thanks, me too 😁
I've missed the digging videos, so it's nice to see potential for more! I like those little churn shaped cream pots and that bullet top is cool!
Thanks mate, deffo going back there to see what else I can find 👍
Fab to see you bottling again Ed. Looking forward to the next one 👍
Thanks Mark, I can't wait to get back there 😁
@@VintageParagonUk don't blame you, be great to see what you find. Happy hunting 😀
Keep the bottle digging up as I'm not able to dig anymore but it stays in the blood
I really have missed it, I am headed back there today to see what else there is
Another great day! Love how sparkly they are after the clean up.
Thanks, they do scrub up well 👍
Fantastic video, more please.

Fine bottle dig. Would be happy to see more again!
Cheers Jim, I am heading back there today for more 😁

Yes. More bottle digging, please!
Keep an eye out for next week 😉👍
Definitely more bottle digging. The metal detecting is also interesting but bottles are slightly more.
Thanks Samanta, especially the little ones 😉👍

Great dig with some nice finds too. Take care and it’s good to see you back digging. Thanks for sharing 👍🙏❤️
Thanks Chris 👍
Look at that! Two years and you have NOT lost your touch! Some nice finds there Ed! Hope you have a great week!
I can't believe it has been that long but I really enjoyed myself, I have been back there again but you will have to wait until Saturday 😁
Super find that mate, what a good age. Keep at it!
Cheers mate, I went back today and found some decent bits but that one is still my favourite 😁
Nice one I thought you’d given up!
Cheers Shane, no not given up, just moved about 3 times which made it hard to get on a dump, this looks promising though so will be heading back 👍
I love love love that old pictorial embossed bottle. First time to ever see one.❤
Me too it's great isn't it 😁
O I can’t wait. Thank you… Have fun❤️
Thanks 😁👍
More bottle digging please Ed, after all that’s why I originally subscribed all those years ago!
Thanks, I will do and I cannot believe it has been that long, time flies!
Love your bottle digging videos nice finds
Thanks, I am headed back there today so fingers crossed 🤞

I love the colored glass bottles, especially little ones
I really like the colours too ☺️
Lovely to see a bottle dig again. Liked that odd shaped one best and I have a soft spot for horseshoes. Happy to see both types of content from you 🙂
Thanks, I will try to do a bit of variety as I like them both too ☺️

Thanks, I think when harvest comes I will be out detecting more but for now I am excited to see what else is in the spot by the barrel 😁👍

Thanks so much, that is very kind of you, I will be doing more in the future when I can 😁
My preference is bottle digging videos so I wouldn’t be mad if you did more! ☺️
I am going to try to vary it a bit so you will be getting more bottle coming up 😁👍
That barrel would make a nice garden ornament
I think it might fall apart if I tried to move it 😂
Awww yissss . . . You wore a hat! 😅

Thanks Sheebs, it is nice to be burrowing again 😂
Fun times Ed!! I started digging bottles in the old Ghost Towns of Colorado in the 80s. Loved every minute of it!! Congrats on the goodies!! 👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks mate, it is nice to have a bit of variety 👍
Thanks for the video today. Nice bottle finds. The weather is not cooperative. See you on the next, Ed! 😊

Cheers John, I haven't got a clue what names are around here so I am excited to find some beers or codds as everything is new to me 😁
Here in the states they cut down the old embossed bottles for drinking glasses or shot glasses or double shot glasses. They should list it as unusual but highly usable shot glass etc. lol lol❤
I also do that with any broken ones that I can use, I still have some in my shop 🙂👍

Thanks Brenda, I hope you are doing well 😁👍
It's Great to see you again! Keep it going! UK
I will try to but been so busy 😁👍
Looks like a promising spot, no doubt you will be back. I was wondering if the metal item was part of an animal trap?
Thanks, I will be going back for sure, the thing with the loop? I am 99% sure it is a mud patten as I have seen them before but I might be worth 😬
Great video...always enjoyed your bottle digs in Wales...the old mineral you found is awesome....
Thanks mate, I do miss it, hopefully I will get on it again soon 👍
More bottle digging
I will try to 👍
I could never use a pitchfork bro
Ah but it is so much fun 😁
Great dig . Great finds im interested in it but have no idea how to find any?!! I'm I nofok no so far from this place!!
Sometimes it takes a bit of a poke about and a lot of walking about and trial and error but there is stuff about 😁
Thank you
I was thinking about unsubscribing , glad to see you back to bottle digging . Not a fan of the metal detecting .
oh dear, well I am hoping to go back here a lot more so I am glad that you stuck around but I will still be detecting too 🙂
Good to keep a foot in both camps if you can.
That Lamont was a cracker 😎chunky ,applied top ,lots of embossment , crude looking 👀💪✊
I think it is one of my favourite, I love it when they are really sick like that, it gives them such an aged look and loads of character 😁
@@VintageParagonUk very nice indeed 😎
