Dave may be Taylor's Hero, but I was so pleased to hear Dave mention Stewart Copeland, in the same breath with his heroes. My Rock-n-Roll Hero has been "The Red Rocker" for several decades now, and most true music fans likely feel the same. I wonder if the talk of Bobby sent me back on a trip down "Shakedown Street", or if it's just this small Android screen, but I looked at Steve Vai in his glasses, and thought I was looking at Gil Moore's little brother. Am I tripping, or do I need glasses too? Sammy, you are incredible, and the musicians you assembled for "The Circle" couldn't be a better group of guys, from what I see & hear. You are so blessed to be able to spend these years, still going wide open with your boys, and fully enjoying life instead of being forced to wind things down, like so many of the other great musicians who were special to me in the prime of my life. I'm only sorry You, Mikey, and many devoted fans were forced to miss some memories, but that was then, and this is still great!
Sammy is a gem, and I really enjoyed this when it was first aired. Now it's tinged with sadness. Taylor didn't OD, and that's a fact. One that is too frequently ignored by the media.
