Nice video and thankfully no Rap music palying. Superb camera quality. As the Arc has been covered so much on the basic unboxing, perhaps a little more on setting it up would have helped? Better to end on positives for me. Very clearly spoken and described and easy to listen too.
Hi, I've upgraded from beam to the arc, also got sub and 2 one's sl. I do get atmos though I stream it as I haven't got xbox to have audio in lossless. Even though I stream atmos I don't seem to be able to hear the height in the speakers, even when I have the height level high on the app. Can you hear the proper effects when streaming atmos?
Hi 7103Sean, thanks for watching the video - Is your Arc mounted on the wall, resting on a tv cabinet? Did you configure Trueplay at all? To answer your question I do get clearer punchier sound and hear the proper effects when using the Arc and when watching content with Dolby atoms. Also how close is your Arc to your Sofa is the distance far or short?
@@PuzPlays hi, thanks for reply. Arc is on cabinet, I'm about 7-8 feet away from the TV. I have true play on and from other videos they advise to slightly tilt the arc. The arc does sound very good, just thought the up speakers would be more better, supposedly sound bouncing of the ceiling
If you want to find some content to test out Atmos and adjust your height settings, check out Batman v Superman on HBO Max. At around the 1:19:30 mark, there's a scene where Batman ask Superman if he bleeds. When Superman takes flight it sound like he's flying above and through the ceiling. Another movie to check out Atmos is 1917. Starting around the 1:08 mark, the "Flares at Night" scene. When they're shooting flares in the air, it sounds like they're sizzling above you.
