      @@animatedbiologywitharpan You made an SDS gel and you forgot to add SDS in your gel mix. You realized this after you loaded your protein on the gel and began running it. What will your results look like? How will the protein migrate in the gel in the absence of SDS?

    Excelent video.
    But I think there is a small mistake when you talk about Glycine. Glycine pI is 6.06, so at pH=6.8 it will have a weak negative charge and not a positive charge. If it had a positive charge it would not run into the gel, but go the opposite way and exit from above.

      It can separate proteins based on molecular weight. It's the first step to perform a western blot.
