I know that Ultimate Embrace doesn't really need to be soaked by the 2 tanks but it has been created with this idea in mind. On top of that, it might have been a reference as well but... Kefka kills the general Leo in FF6 by jumping on him, surely to shank him, and it somewhat looks like a "hug", but that was a bit too slim of a reference so I just gave up.
Oh right, for the Mad Heads part, they latch onto he 4 dps first, like the meteor shower.
