I’ve got hotspots on the upper lateral part of the left shoe. I think these will come in mesh version which should improve comfort and breathe ability.

Wish they used the TUFF RB instead of GCU but well, at least GCU is far stickier than TUFF RB at indoor

How is the durability of the traction and the overall durability? How does the durability compare to WOW 10? I am 6'2'' and nearly 200 pounds, I usually wear out the traction of basketball shoes really fast and am really hard on my shoes (toe dragger too). I don't know whether to get WOW 10 or WOW 11. I have the Fission 8 for outdoors and I've already worn them out in only 2 1/2 months. Need something for indoors.
It’s durable and should be fine for indoors. I weigh 180 and put a lot of torque in my shoes and have not seen any issues. For differences with the 10 just watch the video

DG, do you think they will make a colorway with a solid rubber outsole? If so how do you think they will preform?
since it’s a different compound and not focused on ridges catching the court, i don’t think solid rubber would be better in this case. It’s possible it could be worse if they make it in solid rubber.

@dryft9757 currently ae 1s great hoop shoe retail 125 and the lows dropping soon 110. Great traction, cushion is great. Only downside is it's heavy. Lebron 22s, good traction, great cushion on sale now on nike for 100 to 150 depending on colorway. They kai 1s. Great all around shoe 125. The wow 808 ultras, wow 11s. It's honestly a long list of great shoes with better retail prices that offer comparable results

You do realize that “squeak” has absolutely NOTHING to do with traction, right? 😐😂💡 I’m always so confused as to why you and some other basketball sneaker reviewers highlight “squeak” so much knowing that there’s no relation between squeak and traction whatsoever. 🧐⁉️ Great review nonetheless. Some people like the squeak and saying the squeak has nothing to do with traction isn’t true squeak usually means the rubber is gripping the floor

Squeak comes from the rubber grooves of the traction pattern slipping, losing and regaining traction many times in a short period of time creating a high pitched sound.
You could easily make your shoes squeak more if they were wet, but no one is going to tell you that’s because of more traction.

Correct. I said it has great squeak AND great traction. 99% of my reviews I say verbatim that squeak does not equate to traction and squeak doesn’t *technically* matter, but so many people like squeak in their shoes so it’s 100% worth pointing out. My bad I didn’t say it clearly here
