Thank you for this delivery on this beautiful Sunday 🙏🏽 I don’t have the best credit & I have had back to back letdowns these past 3 years. They have been the hardest of my life! A trying time. But you give me and my family hope that it’s possible, even more confirmation for us to move to TX. I have found a few properties I would like to rent and I’m praying I have the same outcome to get a new beginning ✨ God bless you for sharing your path and story!
There's alot of people coming to Dallas from Cali, NY, and farther south, (due to cheaper real estate than other larger cities and the job market), so traffic was already bad in DFW, with the migration it'll be worse. The halfway good news is that they have been working on the freeways i35, 121, and 67, so that helps. Just remember if you're every driving around and get lost, I-20 (aka LBJ) becomes 635 when you're north of Downtown and it's mostly I-20 South of Downtown. But overall, I-20, Beltline and Loop12 /Ledbetter are all one big circle within a circle. So if you stay on either, you'll eventually circle the city. Welcome to Dallas-Fort Worth. I never liked it here personally (capricious seasons, and other stuff) but the amount of real estate you get and the overall cost of living compared to some places is decent.

These are good areas for singles IMO Addison, Downtown, Deep Ellum ,Trinity Groves ,Bishop Arts. Lots of things to do and bars and dining. Just like to add moving to suburbs far out are nice BUT can be very dull if youre single

Same, im a single mom of 3 and have family in Houston but Holy Spirit keeps pulling me to Dallas. I’m looking at the Plano area and doing all the research I can. January I’ll be moving out of my apartment in FL and I’m excited AND scared but I know I just gotta keep faith. Praying for us!❤️
I’m in Baltimore and the city is draining me so it was god that led me to your channel so relatable…you should do a q&a about moving to another state I have a lot of questions like did you have a job when before or when you got there ? What area are nice areas? Schooling ?i know you said driving on the highway is a must but lol I get anxiety so I stay off of them so like is that a dealbreaker…hopefully not I’ve really been drawing to Dallas

@@toptiertati Sorry, I had trouble finding who I went with. What helped me save money, though, was going with the one who let me pack my belongings in the car. So if you don't have much, you may want to ask about that because some will let you even if they act like they don't at first. They're desperate for customers.

My story behind moving to Dallas is similar. I am moving in just a few weeks. God led me to Texas and opened every single door in the most profound way. I know my steps are ordered here. I’m happy to see another Baltimore girl in the same area 🥰

No highway driving is not a deal breaker, North Dallas has nice areas, the cost of living just depends on the area and level of luxury you want 😉
