I use silicon forms for more of a patty. To make a bread delete sugar and flavor. Add some baking power, xanhmum gum. Also can substitute yogurt for craam cheese for a lighter taste.

It depends on what you put in it love, 1egg less than 1 carb, 1 ounce cream cheese less than 1 carb, 1 tbsp real butter lass than 1 carb, so total carbs less than 3 per muffin
