Haha but this is something to laugh at..idk......but, why a black lady talking about blk plight while two blk people luagh at her while stitching a blk public speaker, aba knows his audience and he knows what group to make a specticale out off, remind me of 2 men who hate their mothers, so sad 😢

So when we laugh at goofy white people, its nothing racial but then we laugh at goofy black people and its instantly self hatred? 😂 Yall just want a pass to get online and say the wildest shit without anyone pushing back and if they do you accuse them of internalized hatred. It can never be that we disagree and that we think what you said its dumb, we just hate blackness.

The sleep study should be looking at more than just ethnicity. Sleep at different ages is vastly different. Ppl in the elderly category usually get much less sleep than all the other categories. What was the age demographics for the various ethnicities? Were all participants tested in the same controlled location or were they in charge of recording their own sleep in whatever environment they slept in? Sample size, medication affects or general health, etc. There are other factors that should have been noted for potential bias purposes even if they weren't tested for unless it was just a shitty study
Cherry picking one part of a study always annoys me. It's never just one thing that causes an outcome. Correlation is not causation.

If the results showed blacks got better sleep their boss would have urged them not to even publish the article and possibly fired them if they had because you must show oppression or your job is on the line, hell, your LIFE is on the line. A professor at Harvard I believe it was needed constant security after he did a study that showed no racial bias towards black people from police. However, no matter how much or how little sleep you get - it's up to you to enjoy life and engage - no one's going to give that to you. That means eating a healthier diet to take in the world around you, see beauty, etc. Why get sleep only to wake up to disaster? Get cleaned up. @@josephlove5445I had a similar experience in my multiracial high school as a white student. There was a black teacher from Barbados who always used to pick on white students in his class, calling us dumb if we couldn't complete math questions, and saying stupid shit like: "and here I though whites were supposed to be smart... now go sit down."
This crap continued for years until I was in class with him again and he said that "the world would be a better place without white people in it," and not in a joking manner. Some of the white student's parents complained to the principal about him and he was fired, but only after threats to get the media involved.
I was also taunted and bullied for being white by my majority black classmates and eventually complained to an earlier principal (before he left and was replaced), about the situation when it got to the point of physical theats, and all he has to say to me was "Well stop hanging out with the black kids then, and you'll be fine," as if me being racist would be the solution. Instead of ever confronting the true racist black kids that made my life hell, that was his solution.
I have way more stories to tell about my years growing up as a minority in my school and neighborhood. I totally agree with you that racism is 1000% not a solely white thing... in fact, I'd wager to say there is more racism in the communities of POC than there is in white ones due to a lack of POC never having their racist beliefs checked on the same level whites have had, and never having to go through cultural sensitivity training.
But I never stay silent, and I always check racism where I see it, because, like you, I grew up realizing racism is everywhere and you need to confront it. Thanks for sharing your experience.

All your postgraduate degrees prove is that you 1. had the financial security, stupid enough to get a loan, or got a handout to pursue many years of education, 2. you show up, you are a hard worker, 3. you have deepened your knowledge in a vary specific area. I rent from a Native American in Santa Fe. Being an Indiana farm girl I was not expecting the racism I got. It took me a while to put my finger on it and it left me depressed. The Castillian Spanish don't like the Mexicans who don't like the Natives or whites. Natives have their own separate lives and I don't think they trust anyone.. The original folks don't like the wealthy who have priced them out of their homes...and I'm sure the rich folks don't like any of us.
And EVERYONE laughs about everyone hating each other.

Those are generalizations. I'm a mixed Mexican and I get along with everyone! Nobody has ever been racist or antagonizing to me.

@@55CINCO55 I do realize these are generalizations. I've live all over New Mexico and SF is the only place I've experienced this that I know of. I've lived in this old Spanish neighborhood 4 years and I MADE them like me...and now we are OK.

I’m Native American and live 30 min away from Santa Fe. Perhaps older generations have that way of thinking but I’ve never encountered anyone of what you’re talking about. I suppose it’s a rare encounter.

@@4elizabeth I'm guessing it's an older gen thing. The gal across the street is just now being friendly. She Native and Spanish and lives in her childhood home. The related families on both sides of me are Spanish and were distant till recently. They are the ones who explained the racism...and are not happy about their town taken over by people with second homes making SF an expensive place.
