@@loicguerin4420 imo the game looks stiff as heck and the run is unnatural while rooftops and alleys looks super fluid. but yeah ! we need some parkour games to come out so bigger game can take inspiration of the movements that can be done irl.
Once this game gets released he should add a tag mode or something like that I feel like that could be fun

@@thelonercoder5816 Yeah but they have already made a lot of mistakes in development like adding tricks and time trials and all of that before refining basic movement
Storror had huge funding, a huge team in comparison with pro devs on their team while this guy is a solo dev without 10 MIL SUBS and plenty of money and he did it in 5 months not 4+ YEARS
Say it now it is, they are awful and I'm tempted to call it a scam given how it's been mismanaged mishandled and with so little communication with the people who paid them for this project that seems to never be coming
I deffenately didn't expect Jimmy Cruck to be making a video about this game, and seeing it getting noticed by other people is amazing, I too have longed after a good parkour game for years, and seeing it finally be developed is so fun!
How I imagined AC parkour would be like by now. Shame to see that series regress so much but awesome to see this in the making!

If they could get this type of fluid movement in a game like dying light or some other action rpg it would be insane. Imagine an MMORP game with combat like absolver/for honor and this movement

It's absolutely insane that this is all made by one guy. Also imagine if you could decrease gravity or increase your jump strength, super powers basically. Flipping across the rooftops like a ninja would be so satisfying, or you could precision jump between two skyscrapers

It looks really fun! Just imagine an Assassins Creed game, with this level of complexity and fun on the parkour.
Don’t get me wrong, this is very fluid movement system. But AC systems are technologically much more complex as there are many more parkourable objects in the game world and movement selection are also more complex, height of it being unity, which is part of the reason why that game have very a janky system. This is more like older ACs with simpler shapes but even those maps with more varied and harder to fit a movement system in.

I absolutely loved the Parkour from Watch_Dogs 2, Dying Light, and Mirror’s Edge. But this takes it to a whole new level. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for this one!

@@Broken_Orbital I don't know what version you have been playing. But its looks much better now. They are a bigger team of game developers and use real parkour atlhetes for their animation. it's literally based on Storror Parkour team on youtube.
@@matrixxx3662 I play on their latest available dev build...it's still hella clunky and finicky. Just because they're a bigger team using real athletes for animations doesn't mean those animations are smooth and properly contextualized.
@@matrixxx3662The two games both have their benefits and drawbacks. Though, I prefer rooftops and alleys due to its more arcade-y feel, the storror game’s grounded feel looks nice.

Every game with parkour uses the free running as a traversal supplement in an action combat game.
Imagine this game with a battle royale mode with guns and weapons ;)
