    INGREDIENTS
    For the Crust:
    1 1/2 cups (150 g) finely ground pretzel crumbs (from about 3 cups whole pretzels)
    1/4 cup packed (50 g) light brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
    10 tablespoons (141 g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
    For the Filling:
    1 cup (237 ml) heavy cream
    8 ounces (226 g) cream cheese, at room temperature
    1 1/4 cups (150 g) confectioners’ sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1/2 cup (118 ml) defrosted orange juice concentrate
