@@itzcoolcream ahhhh I see. I agree with your previous comment then. I’ll be honest I don’t watch One piece it’s just too damn long but I have general knowledge of it just from like yt shorts. So I won’t pretend I know what I’m talking about. SPOILER!!! and hell I mean Kurama is pretty much in the family at this point 😂😂 Naruto mom , then Naruto , now his daughter has it I’m guessing .
Naruto couldn't master basic Ninjutsu because the 9 tails chakra was messing with his flow of Chakra. It was holding him back until he learnt KCM. He was literally training all these years with shackles until one day, he took off the shackles and got a damn thermonuclear fully loaded missile carriage
It’s so strange how people ignore this. Kurama literally point blank says this; Naruto had to deal with so many things that were holding him back for the majority of his younger years and even as an adolescent nearly going into adulthood because of the fact that not only was he an Uzumaki with *exponential* reserves of pure chakra energy, just like his mother, but he was also the container of the Nine Tails. The latter of which was such a major hindrance because his own body couldn’t properly control the flow of chakra within himself. Naruto had a full-on nuclear worths of chakra in exchange for the fact that the majority of his early life would be spent having to face it as a downside because it robbed him of nearly any sort of control. And EVEN THEN, not only did he still keep up with Sasuke and outpaced him even with such a huge downside, he also mastered and perfectly CONTROLLED all that chakra at just 16-17 YEARS old. With NATURE ENERGY as well. Every other Shinobi could barely even be able to dream of being able to accomplish just *one* of those things. That’s not even mentioning the fact that he grew up belittled, neglected, hated, feared, and outcasted in his own home. The place where he was supposed to be apart of, instead he was rejected and spat on for something that wasn’t his fault and couldn’t understand. He dealt with all of this, every little thing, and still was constantly advancing at such an exponentially absurd rate, all on his own. Bro had the 1st, 2nd, and Minato as well all genuinely impressed and even outright awed at times.
Mmmm this is true but I don’t think it helps the case because those “shackles” still saved him several times. Plus him being able to learn all these jutsus despite his shackles proves he was so OP that he was OP with weights. Like it just makes him look more like a prodigious talent 😂
"9 tails chakra was messing with his flow of Chakra." This is out of context if I'm not mistaken. I think what you're talking about is when Orochimaru stacked an odd number seal on top of Naruto's even number seal, which messed up Naruto's chakra control until Jiraya undid it. The only thing Kurama did was leak chakra out whenever Naruto got mad in hopes that it would erode the seal.
@@whispr_2ME Think back to the Neji fight and everything before that. Naruto's chakra and Kuruma's chakra were melding in an uneven blend, causing Naruto to be unable to grasp his flow of chakra for jutsu like doppelgangers or walking on walls, trees etc. Specifically after his pressure points were sealed by Neji was when he began to be able to identify his chakra and Kuruma's chakra.
Naruto was definitely a prodigy although he still worked extremely hard. "Not everyone who works hard is rewarded. But! All those who succeed have worked hard!" - Hajime No Ippo
not really hard work when youre able to make an insane amount of clones to quickly learn everything he knows; shits about as much hard work ichigo puts in on his training camp weekends to beat villains who had hundreds of years in planning/training.
Naruto was literally spamming jonin and kage level jutsu as a CHILD. He was learning these insane jutsu over the course of a few hours, to a few days, to maybe a week. As a kid and teenager. I dont know how people see that and just go "no, hard work only." he is a prodigy that worked extremely hard. It wasn’t that it was hard to master it just killed people because of the immense chakra use he always had potential we saw that but he had hella shit holding him back

Its like when a person with mild autism or adhd finds there own path to success. They probably struggled on traditional schooling, but they were actually a genius the whole time
Naruto wasn’t necessarily a prodigy however he had a decent amount of talent. There’s a difference. In OG Naruto we learn that Naruto had terrible chakra control, and on top of that because he was a Jinchuuriki he couldn’t use his full power. It’s stated in the Rasenshuriken training Naruto has about four times more chakra than Kakashi however if he wasn’t constantly using his chakra to suppress Kurama’s influence it’d be a hundred times more. This can be interpreted two ways since a portion of Kurama’s chakra is already mixed in with Naruto’s it could mean Naruto’s reserves are naturally so large that he has 100x more than Kakashi without factoring in Kurama’s chakra, or that he has 100x more in addition to Kurama’s full power. I believe the former is true considering he was handing out chakra like candy, and in the war at some point he stopped storing Kurama’s chakra superate from his own, and they fused chakra’s. At some point his reserves just got so massive as he grew older even Hashirama admits Naruto had as much chakra as him but it had bits of Kurama’s chakra inside Naruto’s. Moving on Naruto is talented however he isn’t a prodigy it’s shown when he’s discussing his lineage with Hagoromo, and talk about how no matter how exceptional a person’s parentage is they won’t necessarily inherit any of their talents which Naruto didn’t. Everything Naruto gained was through training and even Kurama who bailed him out a lot was a loose canon, and nerfed him in other ways. I’d say what makes Naruto so exceptional is that he had a tactical mind that couldn’t be taught. His out of the box thinking allowed him to learn things without shortcuts like the Sharingan or how to apply ninjutsu he himself didn’t own like when he connected his chakra with Minato to teleport the Shinobi Alliance outside of Obito’s Barrier.
Finally someone said it. I always found it weird that he was “held back for three years” but was still the same age as everyone else when he graduated. That implies to me that he skipped grades and was just being held back because of Kurama. Not to mention the fact in the manga there’s panels inbetween chapters showing that when he goes home at night he spends hella time studying, yet they’re gonna act like he’s stupid or smth. Naruto was talented.

It’s not that they counter each-other, but that when you have someone like Neji straight up say yo, you only ever get anywhere in life if you have the talent to be there, And Naruto is like no you can get there if you work really really hard!…. And then it’s revealed that bro is one of the most talented person in the entire series and has the genetic makeup to be the most broken person in the show…. It makes Neji correct. Neji never said you didn’t have to work hard, but how many Ninja in Naruto are actually just shit, and they work their ass off. They aren’t going to become anything in the series just cause they spend time in the gym. The closest one to even proving Naruto correct is Konohamaru but even then he’s from a lineage that is pretty strong.
saying minato gets glazed too much is still not true. he doesn't get glazed enough. pause that man learned sealing so well he even rivaled or surpassed the uzumakis. his flying raijin was so crisp it was better than tobirama's. he developed the rasengan from boxing the tailed beasts. he downloaded obito's whole gameplan and countered it after seeing it once. he also for some reason ended up becoming a perfect sage and taming kurama. like that man the sukuna/gojo prototype. not to mention he had disgusting chakra levels whille being from a nobody ass clan. minato had the hard work of naruto with the uchiha level battle IQ. he was literally built different
Him making the raseshuriken is the definition of prodigy. No one else even tried to make a new form of rasengan. Not Jiriya (big one don't count) or Kakashi or Minato

16:30 naruto was chosen as a jinchuriki BECAUSE of his genetics. uzumaki clan members have the massive chakra reserves needed to seal a tailed beast. you need somewhat comparable chakra levels to half of kurama to contain him against his will
@whataghost1524 the reason Minato could seal kurama is because he split the Chakra in half, literally having to die to seal away such an immense power. It makes perfect sense that a half Uzumaki can seal half of kurama. Plus the reason that other people could seal tailed beasts is that all of the other ones are weak as shit compared to kurama.

Naruto was handed SO much for free. I won’t even touch upon Kurama, as that speaks for itself. Any negative side effects he dealt with were severely outweighed by the boons he received. But thanks to his background, Naruto could literally get years of experience in mere days because of his ability to create thousands of shadow clones. Shadow clones he could use from day ONE, and that he used in every single fight. I’m sure characters like Sakura or Tenten would “work hard”like Naruto too if they could acquire an insanely powerful jutsu in 10 days because of superior clan genetics, instead of the 10 years it usually requires. And, even so, despite the shadow clone experience-griding cheat-code, he still should’ve died in the war to one-eyed Madara, but got saved by Hagoromo gifting him god like abilities, and suddenly he’s able to throw hands with Six-Paths Three-eyed Madara. Guy said that Lee was talented in the Drunken Fist. Kakashi said that Lee was a genius at opening the Eight Gates. Lee capitalized on both by working hard at Taijutsu. Naruto is a genius when it comes to learning and adapting. Naruto was gifted the 9 Tails because of his Uzumaki DNA. Naruto capitalized on both by working hard physically and mentally. Lee's ninja way isnt "proving that hard work trumps genius", but "proving that a great ninja doesnt need ninjutsu or genjutsu". Naruto's ninja way is to "follow his unbending word", created by the fact that he wanted to redefine what it means to be a ninja.

Even in OG Naruto, there’s a lot of foreshadowing as to how much of a prodigy Naruto would become in Shippuden. They constantly explained how everything that was simple to learn for others about chakra (walking up trees, walking on water, etc.) was far more difficult because of the way that Kurama was sealed in his body. This even goes back to him having to retake the genin exam and learning the transformation technique, he had so much difficulty learning chakra control because he was a child with the strongest goddamn jinchuriki inside him actively interfering with his chakra control. IMO if Naruto didn’t have Kurama as a kid, he would’ve made Itachi joining the Anbu at 11 look like light work, without Kurama hampering his growth he would’ve been unstoppable. Ultimately of course it was better and gave him a higher ceiling, and made for a better story where we could root for him as an underdog.
Thank god Tony has these discussions the way he does. It’s like actually talking to a friend and he is very knowledgeable everytime on what he speaks about

What’s weird about this debate is how badly Kishimoto f-ed up his own story. He sets Naruto up as seemingly supremely untalented outside of a couple go-to techniques he works extremely hard to perfect that he uses to brute force his way through obstacles (with the Nine Tails to fall back on when that fails), highlighted by contrasting narrative foils Sasuke and Neji, both prodigies in their own right Naruto manages to outpace and beat through sheer hard work and dedication. Except later, that whole trope is subverted by the fact that Naruto turns out to be an Asura reincarnation, making him a "chosen one" and the literal antithesis of the hard worker he’s thus far been set up to be. Naruto is 100% a prodigy on the basis of his genetics (massive chakra reserves due to Uzumaki heritage in addition to the Nine Tails Kurama Jinchuriki chakra) yet is also one who works hard to earn his skill and mastery (Sage Mode, KCM, etc.).

While naruto did work hard, if you truly believe he WASN'T a prodigy, essentially loved by the heavens who pulled some supreme bullshit, I am sorry to inform you but Kishimoto has pulled the hitai-ate over your eyes.
The thing is Kishimoto never even tried to make naruto seem like some kind of power underdog😭, Naruto was always a societal underdog...he's problem was never being powerful but how society viewed him and accepted him...hence naruto wanted to be hokage cause that was seen as the most loved , accepted and loving man in the village because he stood for and protected the village.

Naruto is that kid in class who is lowkey a genius but the school system don't know how to nurture him then that one teacher comes along and changes his life
Bruh, exactly he's an unorthodox genius. Jiraiya focused on Naruto's strengths and always gave him hints but would otherwise let him figure it on his own.
And Gaara was forreal a better jinchurki than him back then. He basically knew he had the one tails in him and kinda knew how to let it loose and I feel like Shukaku kinda didnt hate Gaara as much as Kurama didn’t rock with Naruto just off of their different personalities . He just knows this giant insanely powerful demon fox monster thing is inside me apparently and keeps giving off murder vibes😂. Gaara knew how to at least let Shukaku take control and essentially have total free reign to rampage. Naruto was a always prodigy, it is just that no SKILLED teacher took him serious until jiraiya came along and showed evryone that they have a real gem in the hidden leaf.
The only thing Naruto got from being Ashura's reincarnation was a generational fade that continues the cycle of hatred. Naruto was made into the "Child of Prophecy" by becoming Jiraiya's student, not born as one, as multiple could exist at once. The "Child of Prophecy" could bring the world one step closer to peace or destruction. A reincarnation is "destined" to continue the "Cycle of Hatred" that disrupts peace. Naruto rose above his shitty life, fought against enemies that resembled him if he ever gave in, and changed his destiny. Exactly what he told Neji to do.
That's the most contradictory thing I've ever heard. He was literally destined from birth to achieve greatness, had an op bloodline which gave more chakra and durability than most people his verse, plus the strongest tailed beast out of all nine and yet he somehow "changed his destiny"? Sounds to me like he fufilled his destiny not "changed" it.
@@antoneopitts2212 you're looking at destiny in terms of a power perspective. Naruto is a story about mich more than hard work vs talent. It's about the cycle fo hatred even more so. And Naruto's ultimate destiny was to perpetuate this cycle with Sasuke but he didn't. It was also basically told to us that if certain people weren't in Naruto's life he would've become a monster like Gaara was. So you can argue through him being a oppressed jinjuriki was him being destined to be a monster psychopath.
@@HaissamM that has nothing to do with him being a prodigy though. That is completely different plus him "saving" Sasuke was the most bullshit thing ever. That entire reincarnation thing wasn't even present in Shippuden until the final half of the war arc as a bullshit reason for Naruto to bring Sasuke back. It was never even hinted at before that. Sasuke was dead set on going into the darkness and only saw Naruto 3 times total in Shippuden after not seeing him in 3 years. But he suddenly does a complete 360 conveniently at the end of their fight by seeing a bunch of events that he wasn't even present for.
Ehh it’s the same for both. Ichigo was being constantly nerfed for the entire series by almost every aspect of himself. White was both Hollow and Shinigami and was also in alignment with the Inner Ywach. He both helped Ichigo get stronger and scare him away from being a shinigami. Old Man Zangetsu controlled most of Ichigo’s power as well, so he went through that entire show debuffed. Even Mugetsu Ichigo was still essentially nerfed. He would’ve been even more powerful otherwise, had he became one with the real Zangetsu that wasn’t restricting his power.
Funnily enough. Sasuke was a way harder worker. Everyone in the Hidden Leaf was riding Sasuke for being a prodigy, but he was also on his shit trying to get as strong as possible to kill Itachi. While Naruto was goofing around and not wanting to study, Sasuke basically lived and breathed that "gotta get stronger at all costs" shit. Naruto had his moments of hard work, but altogether, he was much less of a hard worker compared to other elites.
Madura was a reincarnation of the sage of 6th paths son the same way Naruto was, the only difference is they were different kids of the sage of six paths respectively. Him and sasuke fought the same way Madura and hashirama did, purely because they were different generations of the reincarnations. On top of Naruto being born to two of the most powerful shinobi in the village at the time he was given a chakra battery that he had complete control over if he could regulate his emotions. Even when he couldn’t he was saved twice by the eight trigrams. He was born to be the best, definition of a prodigy
If the konoha village didn't have internal issues such as police vs uchiha, uchiha massacre, hyuuga clan seal, greedy vain villians that have self interest danzo, orochimaru etc. That entire village would have taken over naruto World, prolly be global mega city 😂
Naruto was a prodigy without the lack of teachings other kids had he couldn’t perform simple techniques because of the amount of chakra he had from the nine tails it made his chakra way harder to control that’s why he’s so good at the shadow clone jutsu which takes way more chakra he also learned the shadow clone in two hours ALSO completed the rasengan which Jiraiya or Minato couldn’t complete it was also confirmed that the teachers at the academy didn’t give him the right teachings and tampered with his work AND ALSO pulled pranks on anbu and still got away as a kid even the hokage they bums bro
I think you can argue both sides whether he’s a prodigy or not. What you can’t argue is Naruto’s power ceiling: -Bro has the prerequisites for becoming a Perfect Sage -Has enormous chakra and strong life-force etc. (Uzumaki traits) -Can use Shadow Clones to speed up training, learning THREE YEARS worth of training in only one day -Is the son of the 4th Hokage -Godfather is a legendary Sannin -Jinchūriki of the most powerful Tailed-Beast (excluding ten-tails)
Naruto has roughly 110% of Kurama's total chakra, since the seal that holds him back uses his chakra in a 1 to 1 ratio and it locks down about 90% of his chakra.
This coming from somebody that usually takes up for Sauske but I'm usually fair. Naruto was a prodigy but he wasn't given that narrative due to his circumstances. If his parents didn't die he would've been the son of the hokage and automatically held to those standards. But he is until this day the ONLY ninja that can make 1,000 shadow clones. Nobody else could even attempt.😂💯
That’s the one thing I don’t know how people deny. He’s absolutely was a Prodigy, why do you think everyone was so surprised when he did some crazy shit?!? Cause they never held him to that standard but that doesn’t mean he wasn’t one lol 😂. In OG your led to believe Naruto is just some random nobody who unfortunately has a demon sealed inside him. His whole thing was that he represented hard work and determination. That’s what made the Fight between Neji and him so interesting because they represented two opposing ideas. Then Shippuden happens and you realize OH, Naruto isn’t a nobody at all. Dude is the son of the 4th Hokage and Kushina Uzamaki, from the Uzamaki clan that was so powerful the rest of the ninja clans teamed up to wipe them out. His two teachers are two of the greatest ninja in Konoha history, he’s the Reincarnation of one of GODS SONS Like Bro is a walking cheat code. Combined with the uncanny ability to just speak to villains and change their god damn mind. Which then allows him to just, BEFRIEND The big bad Demon fox and now they just fight together on some brother shit, giving Naruto the strongest tailed beast powers in the series. Naruto had to work hard but Shippuden activity proves Neji correct, only way your strong is if you have the potential to be strong, or whatever he said I remember it was something like that.
Naruto does work really hard but most of his strength comes from the fact that he hit the golden lottery in genetics, is a nepo-baby, and was gifted a near infinite chakra source at birth.

The beast killed his parents, brought him hardships through life. This guy called it a ‘gift’ and I said “well not really” and that’s it. That’s all I said. Gaara suffering the most is just common knowledge. Information the show gives us. Do you want a medal cause you watched it like the rest of us haha? The original comment was just not talking about gaara so neither did I.
He’s not. He learned like four justu and used those with variants till the end of the series. Shadow clone, transformation, summoning, and rasengans. He literally failed the exam multiple times because of the transformation jutsu and THEN he learned it. For the rasengan he had to use a shadow clone to compensate for him not being able to master it for almost 85% of the show. Even in war arc he uses the tails hands to do it for him. Rasenshuriken, he literally had a THOUSAND of himself just to learn how to cut a leaf with his chakra…..and that was the first step. Second step he had less clones and worked all day and night until he passed out. And had to compensate again with ANOTHER clone just make up for him not mastering it and it failed its first time against kakazu Shadow clone is the only one that sounds prodigy like. But when you think about it. It was only high foreibbiden jutsu because of the chakra consumption. Because if you didn’t have enough of a chakra pool it will fail and you will die. So in reality it’s just transformation for higher pool chakras not really difficulty level. Naruto came back from the time skip and learned a bigger rasengan…. It took him three years for that much progress. Ninetails was messing with his train also, but still. If sasukewere the one with ninetails I have a feeling he would have learned just as much or more as he did without it. In missions he was irrational and loud. He couldn’t read situations as good as others around him even though he has had his moments. Naruto got caught up his first mission and Sasuke had to save him. Against Gara the only reason he one is because his summon technique and large chakra pool. Sasuke just didn’t have a tool set built for tailed beast sand form, his curse mark was paralyzing him, and he just doesn’t have as large a chakra pool as Naruto. Even Naruto and Sasukes last fight Sasuke only doesn’t kill Naruto because Naruto is so much more powerful.sasuke was catching him with shit and negating all of his abilities. But Naruto has way more chakra than Sasuke could ever use intelligence to get out of. TLDR; Naruto was just chakra powerhouse. He was not prodigy he only learned a few moves and struggled through all of them more than the average ninja.
Naruto has his own huge chakra reserves why don't people understand, if you're an infant and you're forced to contain chakra as strong as kurama's. You're chakra pathways would be constantly working out stretching and adapting making it possible to be a vessel of that magnitude. Naruto has hashirama level chakra without kurama.
Trying to compare Itachi and Naruto to downplay his feats is not fair judgement. Naruto and Itachi always had different ceilings BECAUSE OF THE 9 TAILS CHAKRA. Like bro even if it took Naruto 30 years and Itachi came out the womb with the EMS Naruto’s ceiling was always higher than Itachi so it’s not an equivilant comparaison. Like at the end of the day the power system matters and the power system for Naruto is Chakra so we cant deny Naruto’s work because of the effect that his literally unmatched chakra levels had on his ability to perform techniques
to add onto the orochimaru point at 8:03, let's talk about the forest of death real quick naruto pulls up on orochimaru with the slightest bit of kurama chakra, and immediately has orochimaru quaking in his chanclas like "nah, i'm 100% not fuckin with that shit", forcing him to use the Five Pronged Seal on bro
The only reason why people think he wasn’t because the story consistently calls him stupid but that goes on his straightforwardness and not his mental like you said he mastered and took jutsus too level the ones that was called the smartest couldn’t

SPOILER!!!
and hell I mean Kurama is pretty much in the family at this point 😂😂 Naruto mom , then Naruto , now his daughter has it I’m guessing .
@@astrocade9541 That's the point exactly 😆

@@ssjbluevegeta7020 yep that's a uzimaki trait!

I want y’all to realize the main theme of Naruto in general has nothing to do with hard work vs talent
@@ivodeuce6128 I’m aware that might not have been Kishimoto’s intent but the themes remain all the same. Authorial intent is not the be all, end all, of media criticism/interpretation.
@@JustinMcBride21x I get that. I’m just saying it sucks that pin the theme of hard work on Naruto when that’s really only rock lee and might guy’s theme. That wasn’t the theme for Naruto so even if he was a prodigy it really doesn’t matter
Being Asura's reincarnation only says that he'll fight Indra's reincarnation. The Sage of Six Paths decided to give them powers to fight Kaguya because of that but everything Naruto did before that was earned.
Also this hard work vs talent thing doesn't really apply to Naruto. Sasuke works just as hard as Naruto and we saw Neji constantly training too.
Naruto is like a genetically gifted super elite trained by the best masters in the verse and was possessed by a living nuke. If thats not a prodigy I dont know what is.
This is the best description I’ve always wanted but never got until now
Idunno. Towards the end it kept getting reveled that he had bloodline buffs.
His dad being a hokage, his moms bloodline having OD chakra, a fox demon assistant, and being part god.
How’s that any different than almost any Uchiha? Considering their entire bloodline traces back to Indra? And by proxy even Kakashi as he wouldn’t even be as op without the ability to use the sharingan to pair with his chidori. You don’t have to be born from some obscure family in order to be a prodigy.
The Minato slander will not be tolerated Tony
Agreed. Minato and Itachi are GOATed for intelligence alone
6:18 aaaah, no, rasengan is an A-Rank ninjutsu. Adding any chakra release to rasengan makes it an S-Rank ninjutsu.
This is my first time seeing a longer video of yours and I love that every time someone tries to argue you, you have five or six examples just READY to fire and shoot them down. I love this series, but you hella quick with it 😂😂
Naruto was blessed asf
Naruto is that kid in class who is lowkey a genius but the school system don't know how to nurture him
then that one teacher comes along and changes his life
Bruh, exactly he's an unorthodox genius. Jiraiya focused on Naruto's strengths and always gave him hints but would otherwise let him figure it on his own.
Dude, fought the one tales and beat him as a twelve-year-old kid. If that's not a prodigy, I don't know what it is.😂😂😂
And Gaara was forreal a better jinchurki than him back then. He basically knew he had the one tails in him and kinda knew how to let it loose and I feel like Shukaku kinda didnt hate Gaara as much as Kurama didn’t rock with Naruto just off of their different personalities . Like there were times Kurama like dead ass probably wanted Naruto dead😂 and bro didn’t even know what he did wrong or who Kurama was forreal. He just knows this giant insanely powerful demon fox monster thing is inside me apparently and keeps giving off murder vibes😂. Gaara knew how to at least let Shukaku take control and essentially have total free reign to rampage. Kurama kept giving off vibes like “if you even come near this cage to try to access my power ima kill you”😄. And Naruto had to just face this mysterious monster thing and basically just say “fuck u demon fox and give me some damn power! I got people to save I care about and I don’t got time for this!😂”
And was able to harness all that new power and use it to battle gaara and even then it almost wasn’t enough which is where his scrappiness came in and he just headbutted tf out Gaara😂😂! Bro headbutted him so hard shukaku went back into his seal bro😂.
That’s the thing Naruto is a prodigy for sure but he grew up being treated like an underdog so he fights and scraps like one.

He is a prodigy of the basics and spamming. He fools his opponents by spamming so much that theyll never expect he will continue to spam.
He was a prodigy, the min someone started training him he outclassed sasuke who had his dad and itchy teach him.
His dad taught him ONE thing, and Itachi kept on poking Sasuke's forehead.
Kakashi ended up teaching Sasuke far more than either Itachi or Fugaku.
@@nirjhar4803 lmao his dad and itachi constantly trained him 😂 tf are you talking about.

Off of his ability to form a consistent rasengan in under 5 days, he a prodigy. And that’s part 1
the long talks about anime are the best videos fro tony!!!
Naruto was a always prodigy, it is just that no SKILLED teacher took him serious until jiraiya came along and showed evryone that they have a real gem in the hidden leaf.
this was textbook middle school anime discussions man I miss this shit.
18:30 the seal did 2 things, it stopped the 9 tails chakra, but it also messed up narutos chakra control, thats why jiraiya removed it
The only thing Naruto got from being Ashura's reincarnation was a generational fade that continues the cycle of hatred.
Oh my God, I never thought I'd meet someone else like me in the wild. Thank you so much.
@antoneopitts2212 His destiny was to kill or be killed by Sasuke. They came to peace. Therefore, he changed it.
Ichigo is handed stuff even more than Naruto. Bro was getting power ups left and right bc of his blood
Ichigo's own power was limiting his power 😂
Bro was the recantation of gods son 😂😂
Funnily enough. Sasuke was a way harder worker. Everyone in the Hidden Leaf was riding Sasuke for being a prodigy, but he was also on his shit trying to get as strong as possible to kill Itachi.
While Naruto was goofing around and not wanting to study, Sasuke basically lived and breathed that "gotta get stronger at all costs" shit. Naruto had his moments of hard work, but altogether, he was much less of a hard worker compared to other elites.
Maybe for like 100 episodes, after Naruto does way more.
I say Naruto is a prodigy, but he was a industry plant if i ever seen one
“Industry plant”😂😂, yo that’s ACTUALLY fax🤣
💀💀💀
I can hear the swagkage influence 😭😭😭 in the beginning
6:22 “and then taught it to a kid” 😂😂
His whole graduating class we’re full of prodigies. Him and his team are the face of it.
6:03 bro invented a new forbidden jutsu at like 16 lol
No it’s not. And not prodigy.
“He’s a prodigoat” 💀
If Narutos parents were alive while he was growing up the whole leaf village would call him a prodigy lets be fr now
yea beating shukaku at 12 mastering forbing jutsus in an evening he is insaneIy taIented
If the konoha village didn't have internal issues such as police vs uchiha, uchiha massacre, hyuuga clan seal, greedy vain villians that have self interest danzo, orochimaru etc. That entire village would have taken over naruto World, prolly be global mega city 😂
The energy here is amazing
And made a better form of the flying raijin and was faster than minato and the raikage
Naruto was a prodigy at making shortcuts. He wasnt smart, he was efficient with how he trained. But that efficiently came from his uzamaki side.
That's what a prodigy is
I think you can argue both sides whether he’s a prodigy or not.
What you can’t argue is Naruto’s power ceiling:
-Bro has the prerequisites for becoming a Perfect Sage
-Has enormous chakra and strong life-force etc.
(Uzumaki traits)
-Can use Shadow Clones to speed up training, learning THREE YEARS worth of training in only one day
-Is the son of the 4th Hokage
-Godfather is a legendary Sannin
-Jinchūriki of the most powerful Tailed-Beast
(excluding ten-tails)
yea since as we aII know normaI non prodigy 12 year oIds in naruto are boxing with shukaku he has to be a prodigy or the series dosen't make sense
Lets not forget he made his own justu the sexy justu at a young age
0:56 tony spitting lmao
so glad we comin together as a community and realizing this 🫡
Naruto has roughly 110% of Kurama's total chakra, since the seal that holds him back uses his chakra in a 1 to 1 ratio and it locks down about 90% of his chakra.
5:14 Ayo chill on my boy Minato 💯💯💯💯💯

Yes Ichigo is a prodigy. However Ichigo isn't portayed to be some underdog character like Naruto was only to have that trait undermined.

Naruto does work really hard but most of his strength comes from the fact that he hit the golden lottery in genetics, is a nepo-baby, and was gifted a near infinite chakra source at birth.

And had to compensate again with ANOTHER clone just make up for him not mastering it and it failed its first time against kakazu
Shadow clone is the only one that sounds prodigy like.
Prodidgy means also abilities, its narutos chakra and ninetails that makes himma prodigy
@@IIIISaibruh thats his bloodline that has this chakra pool and he got kurama sealed in him this aint his doing
Video could’ve arguably ended at the two minute mark, him learning and mastering that technique showed how much potential he had
Like at the end of the day the power system matters and the power system for Naruto is Chakra so we cant deny Naruto’s work because of the effect that his literally unmatched chakra levels had on his ability to perform techniques
the rasengan was the peak for chakra form, chidori was like the definition of chakra nature
Lee is definitely a prodigy lets not forgot he mastered some of the gates before he was even 15
to add onto the orochimaru point at 8:03, let's talk about the forest of death real quick
naruto pulls up on orochimaru with the slightest bit of kurama chakra, and immediately has orochimaru quaking in his chanclas like "nah, i'm 100% not fuckin with that shit", forcing him to use the Five Pronged Seal on bro
Ight Tony, you have my respect you know your shit and you standing on business
hes a prodigy in the same way david goggins is. bro just got that main character boost
That bad bih HAKU, turns out it was a bro. A whole BRO.
The only reason why people think he wasn’t because the story consistently calls him stupid but that goes on his straightforwardness and not his mental like you said he mastered and took jutsus too level the ones that was called the smartest couldn’t
They killed off Neji because if he learned about the alien cells he'd be like, "Damn, so I was right during the chunin exams"
Finally some one understands that naruto is a prodigy
"go get me 5 Nine year olds" HAHAHAHA sent me Good analysis Tony love it
