Side kicks, I think some people don't have hips that let them throw that type of side kicks. Also people that are more knock knee have harder time then people that are bow legged

You can't really lose fat in just a specific spot, but you can lose overall fat, that includes your face. Try HIIT training, and remove all sodas from your diet. Don't eat too much fast food, just on your cheat days to reset your metabolism

As a former track athlete I don't see what the methods displayed in here have to do with running/sprinting. You literally want zero side bending and zero crossover mechanics (internally overrotated humerus) while running/sprinting, so I don't know for fighting/wrestling applications, but I'd definetively call bullshit on this "method" for running purposes. Or maybe the title of this video made me misunderstand the content I was going to watch.
