Thank you for this video, I just took my cdl test yesterday, I passed the pretrip, and airbrakes, and thought i was homefree , but the reverase offset was my downfall, i ran over 5 cones and lost 10 points, all because i oversteered and was driving fast. Now that was my third attempt and i need to get motivated again! sometimes its hard to understand what your doig wrong, so you videos are very helpful!! thank you, and God bless!

I was a little confused about you saying 'turn a little bit' when the truck and tractor is not straight. Here is my guess and my understanding: when the truck and tractor is not straight, don't worry and don't overturn. before we do anything, we should turn our truck front wheel back to straight first, and then turn a little bit to the correct side, hole it and move the truck. The truck will go under or straight with trailer little by little. When you say 'just turn it a little', that has be under the precondition is we turn the front truck wheel to straight first? Do I understand right? Today is my first day going back to practice the truck after pausing for 2 years. I really appreciate your video of giving new driver advise.
What I mean by turning a little is that most new truck drivers over steer and don’t give the trailer time to respond. When you over steer you may end up causing the trailer to go too much into the other direction which will put you off
