As a Gwen main myself i just take nasus as a counter and max w. I played against it 3 times as Gwen and I wanted to hit my head into a wall because you cant AA for Sh*t. also Nasus outscales if you go even against gwen so nasus is my go to if they pick Gwen! ✂✂
@@KilllaaG I think they like Kaenic rookern. Reason given A) is because the shield scales with HP so even when you buy Armor items later you still get stronger vs magic damage, and B) it doesn't have ability haste (Ornn upgrades on items with ability haste are bad)
@@KilllaaG Kaenic Rookern is just the better MR item, Hollow Radiance's stats are pretty terrible as an MR item and Sunfire Aegis outscales HR in terms of tick damage if you built Kaenic Rookern first. Magic Shield is also just flat-out better into the Gwen matchup.
