Nilah and MF were holding well their botlane, if Xerath hadnt died 16 times for a Sejuani, maybe they could have won late game by the pressure Sion was putting botlane, but nah giving 2/3 of the 27 kills for a nuclear missile Sejuani were the nails in the coffin
Dude had 60 cs at 13 min as a xerath. You can see he threw the game just off that tbh
He also roamed and got kills and was worth full gold or a shut down almost every time he died and didn't pressure any objectives off of his roams.

Xerath at 7:28 pulling out the "You've fallen into my trap at getting mad" when Gromp almost gets to 4/0/0. The cope of KnarleyNinja is strong, and from the other comments it gets even worse.
Normally mad/frustrated players play worse, but Zwag has 4 of the 5 kills on his team at this point.

Sej second part of her passive works with E and R. But after you stun someone, there is a CD (the circle indicator under them) in which Sej cannot stack the freeze. However, you CAN get two passive bonus damage auto attacks back to back. You have to stack E > auto > R > auto. You CANNOT do this reverse because R will stun and put E stacks on CD for that target. But the reverse isn't true. You can still stun with R after you've stunned with E.

Sej can proc bonus dmg via E and R stun. However, the E stun has a CD. (Indicated by the circle on a target). It’s like that so you can’t ulti, proc the bonus dmg, then go straight into an E stun.
As a fan of Sejuani this video warms my heart. I do so miss old Sej when she used to group stun with her ult and relentlessly chase and slow with her old e. Ah the good old days
The very beginning of this match is so unhinged as well. "If you want to deal damage, play ADC, not support you twink." And inside I'm just thinking... "somebody doesn't watch i0ki... or follow support... or doesn't know why camille support was op for a full season... or understand what brand support does... or doesn't want to win the game altogether..."

I LOVE off-meta sejuani play. How did I not notice how great Sej synergizes with Malignance!
And if you are running Sejuani in a lane, I pretty much go for trades whenever my passive is up, you just don't want to waste it by getting poked. Against melees you can just spam W though and be annoying while you scale. Any squishy is on their team is going to get murdered by your ult later on, so you will almost always provide solid value as the game goes on. Sorta plays like a budget K'sante tbh, you assassinate one person then play as a tank.
@Zwag -> passive 2nd option. her 1st attack after stun deals additional 10% max hp dmg. that's how xer got poped.
