Excellent car! Although I’m a fan of minimalism and believe it’s unnecessary to have a disco in the car with all those LEDs that everyone puts, it’s a shame they didn’t at least include a new infotainment system like they did in the CX-5; this one is too outdated. The problem is that I’m waiting for the new six-cylinder model. Therefore, I’m not sure if it’s worth getting this model in the 23/24 model year.

Yeah I mean I know, was thinking to mention it as dislike, but I know it´s the end of this generation and really hope Mazda will bring us a new 6 series. I think you should wait, even though apart from that, it´s a lovely car, particularly in the 20th Anniversary spec. Such a cozy interior.

As the owner of one of these models, I can confirm that this is a beautiful celebratory edition of a wonderful car.
I would, however, say that there are two points as well that could have been improved / fixed:
1.) The infotainment system is a disaster. It is horribly slow, and I think its display and features were outdated already in 2012, but the fact that nothing has been developed in the last 11 years is almost unacceptable.
2.) The painting is also a disaster. The colour is beautiful but the lack is such vulnerable that after four month of use and 3500 kms (!!!) it is full of scratches caused by boughs besides the roads and parking places and partially also by my own fingers (below the handle of the front door at the driver's side).
Anyway, I still would give 9/10. The very best car I have had so far.

Hello, yes I sort of wanted to put it as dislike, but I said to myself, well from my view of liking analogue cars, I thought it does its purpose, I didn´t have any problems with lags or anything so...
But my friend has this system in his 2013 Mazda 3 and since, from long run they got problems with it, so I understand.
Regarding to paint, yeah, unluckily it´s true, even the quality of job it self from very detail doesn´t look immaculate. I also have a Mazda 6 GH and the previous owner was taking it to automatic car washes, so you can imagine how my paint looks...
But all around just fantastic car, loved it and also love mine with double wishbone front suspension, giving it a little bit Alfa Romeo driver´s sort of feel :D
What I was amazed with this new one was fuel consumption, 6.5 l/100km, just incredible for 2.5l N/A, combined city, B roads and motorway at 130-140 km/h.

Perfect. I wish over here in Europe we wouldn't be so mad.
