That way they have a replacement and don’t need to spend. If the price difference is 10-15mil between him and Cancelo I would take Frimpong. I would also consider doing the same with Grimaldo and Balde following Balde’s injury. I think Xabi Alonso would do a better job developing Balde than Barca to be honest at the moment. Grimaldo is better than Balde at the moment but Balde if developed properly will pass him.
