- ➡️ Barcelona reportedly are set to announce the deal that would allow them to go back to the 1:1 transfer rule. Basically, the 1:1 rule means that the club would be able to spend every cent of the fee they receive for selling a player. Say, if Barca offload Raphinha for €70m, they will be allowed to spend all of this money on signing a new player. Right now, they can only spend 25 per cent of it (€17.5m).

Frimpong is the same type of player Cancelo is just more expensive. At Leverkuzen they play with 3CB and 2 wing backs (that means less defensive responsibilities) thats why Frimpong played so well. Put Cancelo in the same position and he will be even better. You can't buy Frimpong, put him as a full back behind Lamine Yamal and expect from him to be the same player from Leverkuzen.

The only difference between the two is that a full back has heavier defensive duties than a wing back. Jeremie Frimpong can play as a full back, wing back, side midfielder and winger. In fact, Frimpong is a touchline specialist 👍

I don't think Olmo is a typical flick player. Barca can make smart moves by canceling joao Felix contract and only purchase the other joao if he is available for 3m. They can also sell de jong and save money.
