Would love to see a video on the role of mindfulness during workouts. I think too many people try to find shortcuts (like Dr. Sinclair) and forget to really experience their workouts/nutrition/life which renders them kind of worthless. Why try and live a long mindless life (always striving for goals), when a short mindful one would be 1000x more enjoyable? So basically working out/cooking/recovering for the sake of themselves instead of the constant focus on results? (like people meditating only to reduce stress or recover instead of seeing the meditation itself as an end not a means).
I think a video on obstacle race training would be interesting. It would mesh well with many of the other training methods and principles you've discussed.

NAD is protective of DNA and that may include damaged DNA - meaning if you already have cancerous cells there is some concern it could protect them, too. There is no reason to think it could cause cancer though. Endogenous NAD produced naturally is safe in the same way oxygen is safe - we absolutely need it (and oxygen has its downsides!). Increasing natural NAD production through HIIT, fasting, and other methods is *highly* unlikely to be negative in any way. NMN or NR, however, are less studied. They are likely safe, but it’s certainly worth waiting for more research. That’s why I said in the video I wasn’t recommending anyone to use them, just including as a point of interest :-) Worth mentioning, too, that you can get NMN natural through the diet (in broccoli!). I also think it’s likely that fasting and autophagy could be naturally protective against some of these concerns, but that is just my own speculation! I hope this helps :-)
Macaroni and cheese with Broccoli and grass finished beef from the local coop was my go to restoration meal during my college days. I would be curious to hear more about collagen intake and other nutrients we don't get enough of on average. I have had some success with Berberine for instance in terms of fat loss and blood sugar control. In three months of semi regular use of berberine and intermittent fasting I went from borderline type two diabetic to normal blood sugar levels. I also eat a lot of meat. So I would love to hear more about the benefits and downsides that you mentioned in this video.
Could you do a more in depth video of the DNA selfdecode, just to see how it works and what you get. been thinking of getting one of those done for a while now just need to know a bit more about it and what you actually get.
Never heard about NAD supplementation before but I agree that most athletes would see benefits from creatine, omega 3, and collagen/gelatin supplementation. Cool video though, might want to work on the knife skills a bit, had me scared when you were chopping garlic.
while I highly agree with your opinion on supplements, it should be noted that modern day foods and veggies are pretty much only calories without adequate amounts of nutrients and minerals. The soil on our earth is depleted and some minerals like magnesium, selenium or iodine need to be supplemented nowadays. Protein isnt a difficulty for most people, but I highly recommend a good mineral supplement and some good celtic sea salt in your water
Your comments on diet are really great. I hear way too much gimmicky diet advice on TH-cam. It's good to hear someone explain the importance of balance, as the body is too complex of a system For fads or hacks to really be beneficial long term.
I’m wondering how to properly recover with integrated training. Since you’re training throughout the day, is there enough to time to reach an anabolic, rebuilding state, or is the intensity low enough from doing one exercise (three sets of pull-ups) it’s not enough to require a massive allotment of time to recover (like a full nights rest after a hour long full body workout)
Great video! Love this channel. I'm interested to know if you have come across Dr Valter Longo and the longevity diet? And how this squares with consuming high calories?
Hey all! Mistake in the video: it should have been Dr. David Sinclair! Simon Sinclair is another interesting professor and I brain farted here and got them mixed up. Apologies, all!

Can u make a vid on your bench, squat and leg press maxes? Anyway love your channel
Amazing stuff, thanks for sharing
Never heard about NAD supplementation before but I agree that most athletes would see benefits from creatine, omega 3, and collagen/gelatin supplementation. Cool video though, might want to work on the knife skills a bit, had me scared when you were chopping garlic.
Have you ever tried the "ring dream?" Could you do a review of this contraption? Just thought I'd ask :)
Love this series.
while I highly agree with your opinion on supplements, it should be noted that modern day foods and veggies are pretty much only calories without adequate amounts of nutrients and minerals. The soil on our earth is depleted and some minerals like magnesium, selenium or iodine need to be supplemented nowadays. Protein isnt a difficulty for most people, but I highly recommend a good mineral supplement and some good celtic sea salt in your water
Big fan of your videos, is it a way that you can make a video about nuclei overload?
What is that equipment called at 1:00 and 1:58 ?
16:38 You reckon the Queen takes NAD supplements 🤔
You should a video about guts from berserk I think that'd be really interesting
I've noticed many vitamins and minerals are better to get naturally but some it's hard to get enough in diet alone. Like creatine and aminos.
Can you make video on how to move you legs more dynamicly to be able to kick higher or even hold it higher
Your comments on diet are really great. I hear way too much gimmicky diet advice on TH-cam. It's good to hear someone explain the importance of balance, as the body is too complex of a system For fads or hacks to really be beneficial long term.
I don't understand, at 4:15 he said lutein? Thanks
Thanks to your knowledge, and support a new generation of superhumans will rise.
can you do a video on how to thinks as fast as the flash season 7 ep1
Could you go into samurai training/mindset? Such as meditation, tea, excercise, mental focus, discipline, etc?
Amazing video!
That meal looked amazing!
Very interesting. Have you tried Ribose supplementation? I tried it years ago and definitely got a sustained energy boost from it
Do you perhaps have any recommendations for cook books that can help somebody find more variety where the meals are high in protein?
I’m wondering how to properly recover with integrated training. Since you’re training throughout the day, is there enough to time to reach an anabolic, rebuilding state, or is the intensity low enough from doing one exercise (three sets of pull-ups) it’s not enough to require a massive allotment of time to recover (like a full nights rest after a hour long full body workout)
Great video! Love this channel. I'm interested to know if you have come across Dr Valter Longo and the longevity diet? And how this squares with consuming high calories?
If I grow up, I want to be a cool, fit dad like you
Can you talk about muscle Imbalances in the future ?
